I specifically told them I DO NOT give authorization over the phone. I want to know who authorized them to withdraw this money.

I am rejecting this response because: Someone from your office was the last people I talked to about this. I even ask to speak to their supervisor and did. I told them I would not give authorization by phone. He was rude when I ask for them to mail me the paper work as I disputed the amount. I had ask for this on several phone calls before. In a matter of days the money was withdrawn from my bank. Dish had not done this in the months before. I want to know who withdrew the money and who gave the authorization for this to happen. I did not pay your company so how did I have a balance then and now do not. Just telling me I have a 0 balance does not explain this. Did Dish withdraw that I owed them money? Did you decide I did not owe Dish? Did someone working for you tell Dish I authorized them to withdraw the money? I think it is illegal to take money from someones bank without authorization and I want to know who did this. I would appreciate you telling me how you now have a 0 balance when a week ago you said I did not.

If I am the person that paid it you should have a record of this. If it was pulled from your agency by Dish I need to know this. I need this information for my dispute with the bank. The money has still not been returned to me so my only option is to file a dispute with the bank and I would really like to know who which one of you took the money out. If it was the last person I spoke to they knew that they did not have my approval.
