    I spoke with ***** when I called to order my KURU Chicane shoe. She appeared to have 100% knowledge about this shoe for which I was very grateful. She was pleasant to deal with and imparted information about other shoes I had questions.. It is only recently that I have become familiar with this shoe and after ordering my first pair I am impressed with ****. Looking forward to ordering from the company in the future.***********

    This is a great company they deliver on their promises! I have two pair of their hiking boots and a pair of their sandals. I have tried two of the sneakers and since the did not fit as I wanted returned them for a full refund. Shipping BOTH ways is free! No issues with anything! My search for a pair of sneakers of their unique construction (which for me relieves leg pain from spinal stenosis) was responded to by their crew and I have ordered another different pair that I was told more closely follows the ones I have for fit!

    Maquel offered exceptional quality customer service!!I had purchased three (3) ***** of Kuru sandals for my son and I had to sadly return as he only wears "cork" sole shoes. The quality of the Kuru sandals were outstanding, they arrived quickly and packaged in such a way that they could not be damaged.Maquel was so pleasant in regards to the return and I recieved my return label within minutes. I will certainly recommend **** to friends and will also look into buying a pair for myself.

    I have had 4 surgeries on my left foot and these are the only shoes I have found over many years of trying that do not hurt my foot. I am able to walk again. I also appreciate the fact that they offer free returns and full refunds if the shoes don't fit. **************** is excellent as I just found out from talking with ********* to solve an issue with the Kuru cash of which I was able to save $57. I have 4 pair of Quantums, 2 pair of sandals and ***** has 2 pair of Quantums. Well worth the investment in your feet.

    I had a very good experience with two Kuru customer service reps: ****** and ****. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. Shoes and sandals are very well-made, but didn't fit my foot right- I have a very narrow heel. I will try another style.
