    I called regarding extra insoles for my quantum sneakers. **** was extremely helpful and is sending me the insoles right away. ***** skills were very quick to resolve this matter. I also had a request regarding the bottom of the sneaker soles, (regarding thickness) and he is sending that to the appropriate person .

    I had a bad experience with this place allowed me to make an order. I was forced to download the shop app which I think showed another order as my order from kuru as the tracking was the same. I never recieved any email from them even though I paid for express shipping. I only received an email saying the order was being sent with the other tracking number. I was going to try this brand for work as I've had major foot pain not worth the money I paid for the shoes!!

    Had a pair of sandals that didnt fit right. They were over 45 days from purchase so they couldnt be returned. **** was very helpful in explaining everything. I understood and thanked him. I will be back for an other pair of sneakers!
