    *** ordered several times from **** and *** never been disappointed. I had such a bad foot problem that no shoe helped except Kuru. VERY SATISFIED!!

    Have purchased many pairs of Kurus for a number of years. Recently I had an issue with a new pair that did not fit with my orthosis. I called and spoke with ****. I told him I returned them and he helped me through the return and credit process. I appreciated that he stayed on the phone with me until everything was resolved. Thank you for the help.

    The **** customer representative, **** was more than knowledgeable about the shoe I wanted to order. He was professional and very easy to work with. My first time ordering from **** so I had many questions and all were answered with patience and to my satisfaction.     I was looking to get a birthday gift for our daughter but didn't see the proper size in the style shoe she wanted. I made an email inquiry to Kuru Sunday evening and on Monday morning got a call from ****'s **************** representative, Brae. I relayed my situation to ****, she rechecked ****'s stock, and confirmed that they none in our daughter's size. She told me we could be placed on a waiting list and she would handle it from there. when the proper size returns to stock, she will contact me, and get the order placed. While it is doubtful the shoes will be available for her birthday, ten days from now, she will get them as soon as possible. Thanks to ****'s customer focus, this will be a really appreciated belated birthday present!!Thanks, ****!!
