    12/19/22 I wouldnt be walking if it werent for KURU shoes! But Im not quite ready for the more casual style which Im having to return. ****** provided excellent help with our inquiry about the return process.

    Unfortunately, the Kurus I ordered did not fit me properly. I have a problem with the Arch in my foot (not the first brand I've experienced this with, so not Kurus fault) they came highly recommended by several friends who swear by them. HOWEVER, the response from ***** in customer service couldn't have been more expedient or kinder. He made the return process Very easy, and at no cost to me. Sounds like a company who knows how to conduct business properly.

    I had to return my order for a different size. Maquel, the customer service person, did a great job walking me through the return process as there had been an issue with the return label. She did a great job aligning with ****'s policies. Good team!

    Very good product but somehow i got the wrong size, so i reach out for the customer service and they are so accomodating and even spend more time on answering my question, i hope i got the right size this time and waiting for it to arrive.

    Best products for my feet issuse! KURU shoes have what helps my feet better than any other brand of shoes. Retuns are fast if shoe doesn't work out for me. (Thank you *****) My first pair of KURU shoes, Dec 2016. Happy Holiday ******************

    I had to return my ********** for a different size. *****, the customer service person, did a great job walking me through the return process with no questions ask. Its nice to know how easy it is to return and exchange these shoes since they can only be bought on line. Love the Kuru shoes as they really take care of my plantar fasciitis.***********************
