    I had a question that the web site did not address, I fist sent an email than called . The person who took my call was in the process of answering my email. That is what I call good business ethics. The Gal was very friendly and got my answer asap.Kudos to Kuru!

    To no fault other than my own, I deleted the wrong item in my cart, so I received the wrong size shoe. My CSR ****, took care of my mistake immediately and proceeded to ship out the correct size, and clearly explained and got me though how to return the wrong shoes. She was a joy to talk to and a good representative for Kuru.

    I have purchased 6 pairs of shoes from Kuru in the past year or so. I love these shoes. I have bone spurs which create painful calluses on the bottom of my feet. After I discovered ****, I have never looked back and walk without pain. So, the shoes are the greatest! I would deal with long waits and rotten service to get them, but that is really not the case with ****! Today I returned a pair of slippers to get a half size smaller. I was happy to interact with ****** who knew everything about returns and Kuru shoes, too! My shoes were delivered in three days, even over the Thanksgiving holidays. I have nothing but praise for ****** and Kuru shoes!!

    It's a shame the Kuru brand isn't more well known, so I'm doing my part to spread the word. Very comfortable to wear all day; I have several pair for different activities: court shoe, general sneaker, sandal, slip-ons. **************** is the best, and my recent "chat" with **** was extremely helpful. If you get **** on the line, you'll have a great experience.

    Im expecting shipment of my fourth pair of **********, (Stride in Black), which I ordered to walk around ***** cobblestone streets! ****** TAUGHT me how to apply my KURU bucks to the purchase. Very pleasant experience to speak with someone who likes what she is doing. ALL KURU experience will be pleasant. You are respected as a customer. They wish to help you, and will resolve any issue. THAT is the quality of Service provided by the Company. Im 72 years old, do not own a car, and must walk and use Public Transportation. My KURU Pivots in Black, Rose, and Lavender make it easier to get around. And, I can clean them in the washer. And their free shipping/no hassle return policy is fabulous. I recently returned several pairs of boots before I settled on the pair which Im expecting. Thank you for running a company which truly services your customers. VERY smart!

    I have purchased shoes from Kuru in the past and before I was able to get the perfect fit, I had to return or do exchanges. Kuru employees that helped me along the way were wonderful and I didnt have any issues.Purchasing shoes online or over the phone without trying them on in a store can be difficult. Kuru Footwear understands this and tries very hard with the help of their employees, their return and exchange policy to overcome your fear.I just phoned them again with questions and a very polite, upbeat employee named ****** was extremely helpful and she certainly knows the Kuru line of shoes. I will be ordering again in the near future. I feel other businesses could learn a few tidbits from Kuru Footwear.
