    I have been trying to find out about an order and nobody responds. Several emails, texts and the phone number is not in service. $195 later and I feel like this place is a scam!!!!!!! I wouldnt even leave a star. Is it even a business??

    I am very impressed by their customer service. **** took care of the problem . she handled the problem and did not me wait as the call was forwarded to other people up the chain of command.This company should be a model for others to emulate.

    I bought Atom I had to return for a smaller size, got my exchange shoes right away. Unfortunately these shoes were not helping me just making matters worse so I had to return them for a refund 1 1/2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund!!!

    So pleasant to speak with. Did not rush me since I had to look further for. my information. Also advised me I had my reward cash to use, which I did.Not everyone receives this customer service that I will say should be expected when placing phone orders.Thank you. ******
