    Great customer service. Although the shoe I picked did not fit me, the customer service team was excellent in communicating with me and handling first an exchange and then a refund. I will be back to purchase another shoe very soon.

    I was hesitant back in 2019 because of the price of **********; however, minus a couple of pairs of Sperry's, ********** are the only shoes I wear and the only shoes I buy. Every pair I have had has helped tremendously with foot pain. They are extremely comfortable and fit my extremely small and narrow feet perfectly. Kuru also provides extremely fast shipping and delivery of the shoes I have ordered.

    Ive had nothing but great experience dealing with this company! I had to exchange for a different size and it was easy as pie. A couple years down the road, I asked for a replacement insole and was sent one for free right away!Thanks, ****, for the awesome customer service!

    This is a fantastic company- from absolutely superb customer service (Asia- the customer rep was amazing!) to highest quality shoes that deliver on the promise for pain relief and comfort, KURU exceeds expectation in all categories! Ive been purchasing their shoes for several years now and have had only great experiences!

    I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding customer service I received from ******. I needed to exchange a pair of shoes for a larger size and received the new pair within a few days. These new shoes look and fit great. Ill definitely purchase from Kuru Footwear again.
