The dealer should have provided this customer with temporary tags while we processed the registration paperwork.
It looks like this customer had her county listed incorrectly in her paperwork, so when the customer purchased her trailer in May, we sent the paperwork to the Jefferson County *** instead of ****** County. We werent informed of the error until the customer called in July.
We sent the title packet to the ****** County *** via ****** This is the tracking number: ************. It was delivered on August 3. That package was later rejected. We have been attempting to work with the *** to get this problem resolved.
This customer talked to our COO on Monday evening. We have agreed to credit her documentation fee once the account is current and we are sending the registration packet directly to the customer so she can walk it through the ***.Initial Complaint

I started offering clicklease financing to our clients in September of 2021. We supply trailers and equipment. We used clicklease to offer financing to our clients. On July 26th 2022, they reached out to me to perform a title guaranty training and signing. Stating that they need us to send them all of the title of trailers we sold with them. Obviously they never told us to keep them when we first became partners. They also admitted saying "we never had systems in place for titles when you started. Almost a full year after starting to work with them, they froze my entire account because OF THEIR MISTAKES and caused our company to go bankrupt. We had 7 deals approved and ready to purchase equipment until they froze our account. They told us "our team will reach out in a week and we will be good". Here we are, September 6th,2022 and they will not return our calls or emails. I had to let go of two people and lost every bit of our savings to try and keep the business afloat. They are heartless a******* who deserve every bad word said about them. Their mistakes caused me to lose my business and I will never understand how a business could s**** over a partner who made them a TON of money over the year.Business Response

**** is a business partner, not a customer. He had been offering ******************** as a financing option for his customers at ******* **************** Supply. Unfortunately, only 35% of his customers were making their payments as agreed upon. When we investigated, we discovered ******* **************** Supply wasnt adhering to industry best practices regarding financing. Two of our representatives met with **** a month ago to offer some additional training on how we can make this a mutually beneficial partnership.
Unfortunately, we havent received any of the requested support and process improvements needed to make this partnership work, so we had to cease doing business with this ******* **************** Supply. Were sorry that has put a strain on this partners business.
If ******* **************** Systems would like to continue their business relationship, they can reach out to their account rep to make arrangements to implement the training and best practices that weve already provided.Initial Complaint

Per my contract, it states that my title work for my equipment will be processed after 90 days of paying my loan off. It has been almost 120 days since then. I have called several times to complain about the fact that my title work has still not been issued. Without my title work, I cannot process my state plate and tags. I have several times told *********** that I need to renew my plates or else I can't operate my equipment. On several occasions, they tell me that the title department is still processing my title. How can this be after several months after making my final payment. I forewarned them that was my last call from me and my next step is to pursue charges on their company.Business Response

When the customer first called **, back in July, we explained that per **** law, no title is issued on trailers weighing less than ***** lbs. This customers trailer weighs ***** lbs. There is no Title to release. We did send the customers the Manufacturers Certificate of Origin on 9/15 and it was delivered in 9/20. The ***** tracking number for that shipment is: ************Initial Complaint

We financed some equipment through click lease. Said equipment has never worked. On June 16th I contacted click lease to let them know of the issue since the company I bought it from was nowhere to be found. They gave me the name of the company that financed the equipment but the name was not the same as the company I purchased from. So I asked click lease to contact them to get a resolution and either allow me to return the equipment or to exchange it for one that is working properly and allows the ** and **** help desk to log into the computer. On that date they said they will escalate call and ask the company to call us back. I spoke with ************* on that day and was told the company would call us back. In the mean time I placed a stop payment on the monthly withdrawals coming out of our account until I received a resolution. They also gave me the company's phone number which I called on several occasions to no avail. On June 27th called them again no resolution yet. They now started calling us since the payment is a month behind. I have asked them to back their companies they finance since this company sold us faulty equipment there should be some accountability on their part. All they care about is collecting their money and not helping out the customer. On 7/26/22 I spoke with a representative again and explained the whole situation. He said he would make a notation on the account. I told them I have no problem paying the full account off at once but I need a resolution on this issue. I want the other company to exchange the product (OEM Diagnostics Tools) or refund the full amount. And Click lease to be responsible for contacting the, and not allowing this issue to continue with other customers. Also they should not put anything on my credit report since this a disputed charge. but the company is now threatening to report it to my credit report.Business Response

Clicklease is not responsible for the equipment in any way. Our lease agreement is very clear in items 3 and 7. By accepting delivery of the equipment, the lessee is certifying that they equipment is in working order. The lessee is responsible for maintaining the equipment and keeping it in working order. Financing is not a warrantee service.
This customers lease has been active for more than a year. If the equipment is not working, the customer has an obligation to let us know within 5 days of receiving it.
As we look at the invoice associated with this customers order, we notice that the customer purchased a 12 month subscription to **** IDS software license and GM software license. Those would most likely have expired at the end of June. Is it possible that the equipment is functioning, but those subscriptions need to be renewed? That would be the responsibility of the customer.
