Tried calling clicklease multiple times to talk about an arrangement of either giving up my leased trailer due to company not doing good or lowering price. Someone answers everytime and then hangs up. I’m having financial issues and would like this resolved.

Clicklease proceeds to “sell” the 0% interest with the first 5 months. False. You still have to pay a $599 “payment”
After 5 months my $3,800 trailer will cost me over $9000 when I can officially “own” the trailer (I think) your agreement is very misleading with your practices.
I still pay every month. Never missed a payment. I called to ask for payment to be deducted from my account on the 1st of the month LIKE THE AGREEMENT STATES. EVERY month Clicklease deducts two days early and blames my financial institution. INCORRECT IT ON YOU. I work at the institution!
MAY 9th I emailed click lease to report I don’t have any registration. My plates are expired. Clicklease replied that it is my responsibility to renew my registration that’s not in my name and I needed to contact the Indiana BMV to ask for a lost registration.
I stood in line at the BMV for hours knowing what I would be told. “Sir we don’t have any trailers registered in your name and you don’t have a registration card”
So the trailer has been sitting and sitting.
I need a replacement registration or tags for the trailer immediately. You’re breaching YOUR contract. Unethical practices. The title is in your name Clicklease not mine. Fix this! Unacceptable practices. Fix it or pickup your paperweight in my yard.

For starters this was a transaction that was never supposed to happen. The application was for US Bank for 0% financing with ****** ******* for any purchase over $10000. The store (Humphreys)processed it as a lease with Click Lease. Once we figured out what happened Click Lease turned a deaf ear to us and really acted unprofessional. We decided the only way to end the scenario was to pay click lease in full. They gave us a payoff amount and promised us a paid in full letter. They made about $2000 off us in two months! Now they are again turning a deaf ear to us and won’t provide us with the pay off letter. It is their obligation to do so. I believe their motive is to try and charge us more money, I certainly do not have any trust in them. They make a lot of promises over the phone and don’t follow through. They treat customers terribly. For the kind of money they make you would think they would treat you better to do business in the future. I will not advise anyone to go through them. I now need help getting the paid in full letter.

We tried multiple times to download the contract online. For months we called, got the run around. No one ever emailed a copy, never helped with the glitches your online access has. Furthermore each time we called for help we were told they would call us back. No one ever did so we had to continually call. To resolve we just paid the balance in full rather than do business with a company that ignores their customers.
Thankful also for the help and influence of the  BBB to get the very things we asked for 5 months ago.

The equipment i leased just a month ago I have found out is damaged. I leased an enclosed trailer, the frame, cross member and axle is bent. I called clicklease to find out how to cancel my lease. I was told there is nothing clicklease can do to help me. If this is a leasing company why can you not cancel the lease if you return the equipment. I am paying for damaged equipment. The equipment was used but nothing said as is. I also do not have anything saying the amount I owe or fees. The contract on gives a payment amount and number of months. There isn't anything about the amount you pay if paid off early.

I purchased 2 trailers from a local business using Clicklease. Always billing issues. Always mistakes.

They would double charge one account not apply to another account. I asked to combine the accounts and that wasn’t possible.

I got sick and went into the hospital of June 2024. There were some billing issues.

I get out and straighten things out, or so I thought in October 2024.

I talk to a rep. He says I have to make a payment in November and things are right as rain. Clicklease takes my November payments out for 1 of the trailers and I think we are good.

Black Friday a repo man comes and takes my trailer WITH my inventory, smashes the trailer, destroys the jack, and won’t let us get all of our stuff out that needs unloaded with a pallet jack in a severe thunderstorm.

I call clicklease. They say Juan made a mistake and they will give me an amount on Monday. I ask if I should make a deposit to settle and they said no.

Monday comes, repo man takes other trailer while I’m working with Clicklease who said that trailer was fine. They allow that trailer to be unloaded.

There’s back and forth about settlement. I can’t get in contact with the repo company, they still to date have my stuff, and last I spoke with Clicklease they were waiting on titles.

I get contacted my trailer is ready. I reach out for wire instructions to pay this off to handle this after this nitemare. Here, the company Clicklease uses to auction trailers off was the one arranging the sale and they auctioned it off and the MANAGER who said he would call me with a title never called.

I talk to the manager. They STILL didn’t have the title on the other trailer and made a bunch of excuses about why I wasn’t notified the other trailer was in.

So they couldn’t combine the payments to stop the mistakes but repoed both trailers after they told me I was fine if I made the payment then repoed my stuff anyways, won’t return my inventory, never notified me the title was in, and sold my trailer.

I financed a trailer through this company. They did not process the $450 fee and my trailer was subsequently repossessed without explanation. My first payment was not due until 4/24/25. The date of repossession was 4/21/25.

I am rejecting this response because:

their statement is false. They said on the 21st they gave me a chance to get my trailer back yeah after they had repossessed it and asked me to pay $9000. The last time I talked to somebody was March 28 they were supposed to withdraw a $450 processing fee. It never came out of my account and I never got a text. Email phone call or anything in the mail leading up until the repossession that it had not been processed. A guy showed up at my house on Easter Sunday, wanting the trailer. It was not at my house so I let him take it on that following Monday morning because I just assumed it was an error. My first payment wasn’t even due until April 24. They will not even give me my down payment back. On the 21st I told the guy four times to take the $450 out of my account and that my payment would be made on the 24th he refused and said no you owe me $9000 to get the trailer back. I also never got a notification that a repossession was coming by Illinois state law they are required to give you a three day heads up before coming out and I never got anything.

      Sincerely,

This is just a blatant lie. I was never contacted one time. I never got any notification that a repossession was going to be coming if you guys would’ve given me in advance like my state law requires this whole issue would’ve been resolved, but no instead you had some guys show up at my house and take a trailer back that I never even had for a month and my payment wasn’t even due until four days after the repossession happened. I request that I get my down payment back and this whole issue will be resolved.

      Sincerely,

I purchased an embroidery machine using Clicklease to pay it off over the next 4 months before I would be charged interest. I made a first payment within the first month of purchase of $4000. I was told that this amount was going towards paying off the principal amount by the customer service representative. When I called back a couple of months later to pay off a portion of the principal amount, I was told that the $4000 I originally paid went towards 'leasing' the equipment until I was able to pay the full amount. I asked how much do I owe? I was quoted $2000 over the principal amount. So now I paid roughly $6000 over the principal amount. Their communication of what is expected is not clear and very vague.

When I did pay the full amount, I did not receive a proof of payment/receipt. I called them twice after and every time I was told that I would receive proof of payment/receipt in my email. It has been over 3 weeks, and I have not received anything.

I would not recommend using clicklease at all - as a new small business, you will lose a lot of money off the bat. You are better off getting a business credit card from your bank that has 0% interest payments over the first 6-12 months of opening the card. I will also be calling the company I bought the machine from to inform them that their understanding of what clicklease does is misconstrued.

Thank you for letting us know of your concerns with your
commercial equipment lease. After reviewing your specific lease agreement, section
four of the agreement, identifies the EPO option was available within the first
five months. Additionally, any periodic payments paid during the EPO period do
not apply toward the EPO amount. You exercised your EPO on March 31, 2025, at
which time four monthly payments were paid by the lump sum payment made in
December 2024.  If you have additional
questions, we can be reached Monday through Friday at (801)994-6849 10:00am to

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

The complaint was 2-fold and one was barely addressed.

The first issue is that your customer service representative made me believe that the December payment was going towards the principal amount loaned. I clearly asked her, “is this going towards the loan amount?” And she replied, “yes”. She didn’t say “this is to rent the equipment until you are able to pay it in full.” She did not correct me and led me to believe it was going towards the principal amount.

In addition, nearly $2000 was added to the principal amount at the time I paid in full in March. Why?

The second issue is that it has been 1 month since payment of full amount and I have not received an official proof of payment statement. I have called 4 times requesting this and the most I received was an informal email from a customer service rep that payment was made. This should be an automatic and immediate service.

After being mislead by the company I purchased my photo booth from, I was directed to clicklease on the basis of being "financed". Admittedly, in my excitement, I didn't read the fine print and ended up on the hook for much more money than I expected. Sticker price was 10k. Final price through clicklease was 15k. After making my last payment i was very excited. Next month another payment was deducted. Called clicklease only to be told that after I have paid off the agreed amount PLUS MOUNDS OF INTEREST, I still had to pay and additional ****** to actually own the equipment. This is after having paid 5k over sticker price!! This is absolutely crazy!! What do you do?? If you don't pay it will hit your credit report. This company is crooked .
