      Purchased a $5000 cnc machine using clicklease. Business was good last year and asked about paying off early. This is when I realized that I was being charged $12000 for a $5000 machine. I then asked about returning the machine because the remaining balance was crazy. Never received a straight answer, besides I would have had to return the machine in the first couple of months to not pay the full $12000 amount for a machine priced at $5000. This was never discussed at the time of purchase. Looking for answers, not sure how a lease company can charge more than double for a product and not offer a return program for the equipment. Never wanted to use clicklease to begin with but was told by them it would be beneficial to use clicklease for a tax purposes. Please do all your homework before using this company.

      I contacted this company to finance some equipments I purchased from PCI auction. They took $99 processing fee. And I was contacted by ***. That they have not received the fund . There for they waved my bidding option and locked my account and I was told that will be hold on the equipments. I got in touch with quicklease and the said it was funded. It was a lie but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. And I related the message to PCI. 7 days go buy and no payment. Then I was contacted by *** asking me to pay for the equipment or I will not be able to use their website nor will be able to get the equipments. Payed for it with my credit card. Now quicklease are harassing me to make payment. I tried to explained to them I did not use the loan . And paired for it on my own because of the mess that I had to go through. I like from them to stop harassing me. And leave me alone.

      We financed a gooseneck trailer through clicklease around October and we haven't received the license plates for the trailer. We have contacted clicklease several times since the middle of december, and they always say we would get the license plates the following week, with no plate being delivered. We even sent an email and we have received no response.

      100% SCAM ARTIST THEY JUST WANT TO PRICE ***** AND HAVE YOU PAY TRIPLE THE PRICE DONT USE THEM PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE I signed up with click lease expecting to be financed for a pressure washer for only 12 months! In none of the conversation I had with the company did they tell me that this was a 3 year contract. I asked if I can pay my equipment off early and yes was the reply. Not yes within such and such amount of time. It was actually sold to me as an interest free agreement and that I could pay it off early with no penalties. Thats why I gladly accepted the offer without reading the VERY FINE PRINT ON 14 PAGES! This is a misleading and predatory move by a major company taking advantage of small businesses that are clearly in need. The company likely trains their employees to move through the paperwork and get unknowing customers to sign the documents in the fastest amount of time possible. This is a scam and a shame for companies to operate on these type of manipulating platforms to **** the life out of people and small businesses in *******. I am upset that I feel for their sleazy tricks. I know now that I should have listened to my own instincts because its true, if it sounds to good to be true then it is.THIS COMPANY HAS NO MORALS AND ARE OUT FOR YOUR MONEY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM.       Purchased a dump trailer and asked about possible paying off early. Was told that was ok. Now when we have the funds to payoff we are told it’s a non cancelable lease . No payoff early. It’s a ripoff. I put $3000 down on a 9000 trailer but owe over 16000 to payoff.

      I have been paying my contract for about 2 to 3 years now. No one really explained that is was leased to own since the company I bought it through said it was a loan.The full amount of the equipment would have been about ******* and since I knew I was almost done, I decided to check the online account with them. It showed I still owed them approx 32 months of ****** a month which would be double to amount of the equipment.Mind you, the webpage doesn't show you balances or anything like that. I emailed them to asked them the options for FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS and they said they couldn't help. I also advice them that I would like to return the items since I can no longer pay for it and they didn't really help any. I am trying to find solutions and would like to know that if I return my item, would I have some equity in return.I don't want to pay off early, I'd like to return item. Besides, I had so many issues with it as well, that is one of the reasons why I could no longer use. Item came defective, therefore affected my business. I had to continuously change the equipment and do maintenance myself because they have no one close to my area.I am tired of the machine not working and them not working with my financial hardships. The last option I gave them was exchange the item for something cheaper or smaller but that works better and they also told me that they can't do that.

      ClickLease keeps calling me about back pay , witch they waved
      Now they calling to collect on that

      But I had to wait 11 months on my paperwork before I could use my equipment, basically I paid 11 month but couldn’t use my equipment because of no paperwork to register my equipment to the state for a plate

      Needed equipment valued at $10k and they told me I signed up for a $20k contract with a 299 processing fee. This happened 9/9/2022 and Ive been paying ***** ever since and ****** on the months that Im late. The late charges are never explained either. I was lead to believe I only needed to pay off what the equipment was worth, and I thought it was a great deal since they offered no interest financing. I should have known it was too good to be true. I was told that after the equipment was paid off that we would be done but the payments wont stop. When I called to ask them why, all they could say was that I signed the contract and that they need to make money. I couldnt believe how rude and dismissive the customer service was and 100% up charge on equipment financing is insane. They are asking for ********* to pay off the remaining balance on the account which is more than double what the equipment costs. I feel incredibly mislead and taken advantage of. Very unethical. They will have you pay twice the amount that youre approved for and they do not care. They prey on small businesses that have few options and then proceed to make a huge profit off of their misleading tactics.

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the misleading information I received during the purchase of equipment through your leasing service. When I inquired about the terms of early payoff over the phone, I was assured that I could pay off the equipment at any time without any issues. However, I was not informed that failing to pay off the equipment within five months would result in having to pay double the equipment cost.This crucial detail was never communicated to me, and as a result, I feel misled and unfairly treated. The lack of transparency in your communication has caused significant frustration and financial strain.Additionally, I am unable to see the amount left to pay or a payoff amount on your website, which further complicates my ability to manage the lease effectively.Given these circumstances, I request that you repossess the equipment so that I can purchase it outright and terminate the lease agreement. I believe this is a fair resolution considering the misinformation provided.I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
