      Absolutely terrible experience...orderd 2 pairs of boots online and they BOTH came with security tags on them. They told me to go to any store (they don't have stores near me- so ANY store?!!) and ask them to remove to remove the tags! I can't even get over the fact that that would be a solution! I told them to send me a *** label that I am not doing that- they finally did and then sent me a return form and I said I am not returning I want the tags removed and then sent back to me. They are acting like I did something wrong it's 100% their fault. Now I have to box them up and lug the huge box to my local *** store. There hasn't been any effort in trying to make any of it right- my mind is blown at how ignorant these people are!

      Just like all the other 1 star reviews here... I only wish they had - stars... I'm really surprised this company is still in business! I ordered a pair of Merrell boots in black online... Well big MISTAKE! Fast shipping took 2 days to my door ***! Nope wrong color... need these for work... called customer service... was told well we don't have that color won't those work???? Then it will take 2 - 4 days for them to send me a return label... another 10 - 20 after they receive the boots back to re-credit my card.... *** you can send me the wrong item in 2 days but???? I wish I had read the reviews first! Ordered from Bass Pro ... I will never set foot in Sportsmans Warehouse again....

      I ordered a revolver on December 27. One hour later I called and cancelled. I wanted to wait till later to purchase. The girl said it was cancelled and that in 3-5 business days my sportsman's warehouse credit card would be refunded. Well it January 10 and after various emails and telephone calls I finally got it cancelled. The gun arrived at the local sportsman warehouse store.The reason why it was cancelled so suddenly was because I threatened legal action. They sent me the email last night saying I'm getting a refund. They said it would take **** business days. The refund as of today is listed as pending on my sportsman's warehouse credit card. The card is issued by comenity bank. Which has hundreds of complaints on the BBB. How can they suddenly issue a refund and try to hold the refund for **** days. What's airing is when you make the purchase it's taken out immediately on your card.Needless to say they lost a good customer. The last phone call I had was last night the 10th. And the girl told me that gun returns are backed up because of something that happened in ******. I said I'm in ************ and your in ****. *****. Then an hour later I got the refund. Now let's see how long these people take.

      I personally will probably never buy from this company again . I ordered 2 22 rifle for my kids for Christmas. They said shipped but then in a week when I call to check turns out they never even had them to ship. Took them 2 weeks to verify they never shipped them after they said they didnt , to get my money back. I still havent got my 30 back for the ffl transfer fee they charged that never happened because they didnt have the product to transfer , after all that no apology or credit or anything for all that incompetence

      WoW ...... look at all these one star reviews, My one star is because of absolutely no customer service after paying on line and expecting to pick up at my local store ...... they took my money and then wouldn't talk to me. never again.

      Highly disgusted customer and service. Ordered item, they charged my card immediately I called every day for 8 days straight to be told sorry item is in manual verification. Finally a gracious employee pushed it up the chain as the item was to be shipped in ***** hours and obviously was still not shipped after 9 days. I then call and talked to a manager for the 4th time she says the item is shipped out, 30 seconds before I get off the phone she tells me well actually its waiting for **** Next day I call the item is still sitting there awaiting pickup, so I said I want my order canceled they said ok cancel my order I get no verification or anything. Meanwhile I went and bought another item similar from a different business. Three days later I get a call from an FFL hey your item is ready for pickup, I said I canceled my order he said you gotta take that up with them. So after being drug me along for 9 days and charging my card for an item I didnt have thats their fault they put the money back on my account, they then proceeded to disregard my cancelation and charge me again. Then tell me that I need to wait to get my money back because it has to go through a cancelation department. I then even called back and said I will take the item if you give me a discount for the amount of time I have lost contacting your company over an order you never sent me any information on cancellation, shipping, or where the item is or anything. It is Christmas it is absolutly ridiculous. As far as the employees answering the phone they are awesome and super helpful, except for the managers they want to pitter patter around the excuse tree. This transaction was started on December 7th it is now December 26th and I still have no item and missing almost ****** from my account ! Never again sportsmans, I have only one other time put a company on blast but this is absolutly your fault on numerous occasions.

      I had called Sportmans Warehouse in regards to a shotgun purchase, when ***** was finally discussed, I had mentioned that Bass Pro Shops had the same shotgun at a lower price , they told me that they do indeed price match, to just bring them proof of the price and they would match. This was false and when asked why they tell customers they price match when they in fact do not this was the reps reply Bosses want the buyer to come into they store & they will more than likley buy anyway. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL! I will never buy a weapon from facility again.

      My story is exactly like so many others, I wish I would have checked first before ordering from them. Made the order on 12/17, paid a considerable amount for shipping because they advertised my item would arrive before Christmas. I hadnt received a shipping confirmation so I called to check, turns out my order was cancelled days ago with no refund initiated. Worst yet, the item I ordered as a present would not be able to be replaced because I had no indication it had been cancelled. When I expressed this with the customer service representative she got immediate attitude and said you can think what you want, we have proof that we tried to fulfill your order. Super-classy group of people. I hung up after she told me there was nothing else they could do on their end. No apology and instant attitude. This place is a scam. Do not order from them.

      Terrible customer service in ********* **. Bought a shotgun that they sold to me broken and they say theres nothing they can do. It was never fired. I would highly recommend not buying anything here.

      Wish I could give zero stars. I will definitely never order anything from them again. Ordered a shotgun online that was supposedly in stock and ready to ship. After multiple inquiries and missed shipping windows, customer service rep basically told me to deal with it, can't confirm when (if?) it will actually ship, and there's nothing they can do. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but no we won't have it. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
