      Lawrence from the Raleigh area came out to our home on very short notice to clean out our main sewage line.

      He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the issues we had. He had a pleasant attitude and even came into our home to check a few other things.

      He got us set up with a home plan that will cover servicing our AC unit and other services done by Michael and Son.

      Money well spent.

      Stuart came for a Plumbing issue. We were quite appreciative of the quick response for his arrival. After showing him what was the issue, he proceeded to tackle the problem, and within 10 minutes, the problem was solved. Just wish 'we' had an auger like his. He reviewed and discussed other with us a few other potential problems, and alleviated our concerns. We would highly recommend him for further service.

      My daughter contacted Michael and Son to replace an outlet. Although the web site states replacement outlets start at $230, she was charged $411. When I called to ask for an explanation of how a $20 part and a twenty minute service call resulted in $411, Terrill could not have been more rude and belligerent. I was told repeatedly that my daughter signed off before the work started. I asked how is a 25 year old who has never called an electrician before supposed to know what is a reasonable cost and I got the same response, that the work was approved prior to starting.

      If there was a legitimate reason for the higher expense, I gave Terrill the opportunity to explain but he could not, just kept repeating that the work was approved before starting. Without justification of the amount charged, leads me to believe they took advantage of a younger customer and this company cannot be trusted.

      I have always been appreciative of the professional service provided by Michael & Son. Their thorough work, customer service and eduction results in me and my wife feeling we are not an interruption to their day but the reason they are here. Thank you for our representative who provided fantastic service January 15th.

      Faulty/negligent install and no manager is available to discuss the issue with me. Purchased brand new Carrier unit in 2022 and blower motor and other parts have had to be replaced.

      Technician Cesar N. Was phenomenal. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed multiple issues in a timely manner and offered additional advice and techniques for future upkeep. Worth the money.
