      The young man that came to my home this past Monday was very professional, informative, clean and neat. He did a fantastic job replacing a pipe in my basement. He cleaned up and did not get any water anywhere. He left here with nothing but rave reviews. The pipe is fixed and it has left me feeling so satisfied and so much better.

      M&S made the right choice in sending Chris, from Plumbing, to install our new garbage disposal and replace all pipes under kitchen sink.
      He is both knowledgeable and professional, and his service was exemplary.

      The call center and technician were very professional. I had my GFI circuit breaker tripped and called an independent electrician (not Michael and Sons). He attempted to troubleshoot and believed that it was a bad wire behind the wall. He recommended I replace my 15 amp with a 20 and his estimate was $3K for labor only. I called Michael and Sons and they identified the problems and fix it on the spot for $260 total. I will start with Michael and Sons next time.

      Michael & Sons technician, Kaile, knowledgeably, thoughtfully, and expertly serviced our tankless water heater and filtration system, which we originally purchased from Michael & Sons. He answered all our questions, listened to problems we thought we had, answered all our questions, and set up the system to work best for us. We are pleased with the service we received from Kaile and Michael and Sons.

      My water heater had to be replaced. I preferred to talk to a "live" person; however, the wait time for the 24/7 service number did not get answered on 2 attempts. Fortunately, I was able to "self" schedule my own appointment for first thing in the morning. Juan arrived around 8am and remained until the job was finished at around 6pm. He was excellent! He took the time to explain what was taking place during the entire process. His professionalism and friendly soften the blow of the cost to replace the unit. He even took the time to explain what was taking place to my brother. I have used Michael's & Son for several years, and, I have been pleased with their service. There was 1 technician that I reported that did not provide the service I was used to receiving. He was promptly replaced with a technician that resolved my problem.
