      I was very impressed with Juan C*******'s customer service. Not only was he professional but he went above and beyond to help remedy my hot water issue. Once he figured out there was an electrical issue, he immediately got on a call and scheduled an electrician to come out. I am very impressed by his service and knowledge. 10/10

      Stay away from this company very expensive $$$ and they dont care about their reputation and all what they care about is to rip off the clients .
      I hired this company ( fortunately) to install a new av unit with furnace and estimates were the highest but i thought a company like ( MICHAEL AND SON)
      best company and Carrier (best unit) but unfortunately i was wrong .they have installed AC badly in one day and it was defective with bad leaking coil .after two years of operation its started to leak and and i suffered alot cause i have parkinson and the did not care and they ignored the leak so they can rip me off with the labor ( labor warranty for only 2 years )
      i called them many times and spoke with customer service and they were so rude and they kept connecting me with rude guys in customer service.
      Finally i gave up them and hired a small AC company which repaired the AC defective coil For half the price of MICHEAL AND SON)
      SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY AND NEVER CONSIDER THEM FOR REPAIR OR NEW INSTALL.

      It was rough. What was a 20 minute fix was an all day thing. It was not the workers fault and yet it was. I am disappointed and we are stressed out because of all this. I will not use them again. I'm so upset.

      The technician, Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job of checking out everything that needed to be reviewed. He answered all of my questions regarding my HV/AC unit. Everything was found to be in good working order!

      They’re great! They send you a photo and information of who’s coming and he’s right on time. Very polite and solved all of my problems.

      Cody did a great job with my plumbing issue. On time, polite, and cleaned up afterwards. I cannot say enough great things about this company and it's employees. I have had electrical done and plumbing and ALL the technicians were top notch!

      Michael & Sons sent the technician Michael Madrid for an emergency plumbing problem that I had after regular service hours. Mr Madrid gave excellent service. He was very professional and worked diligently to solve my problem. He never seemed like it was an issue to come so late . He was respectful of me and worked responsibly. I would select him at anytime to come to my home to get the job done.
