      What a wonderful experience. I just had a visit from Breon, HVAC technician for Michael & Son. Breon is a true professional. He provided me not just one, but four estimates for the work I am looking to get done at my residence. Breon gave me multiple options, so that I can decide what work best suits my needs.
      Michael & Son is lucky to have such friendly, helpful employees.

      Technician Fabian conducted my water and plumbing assessment. He was very thorough and detailed on his explanation of his findings. To make sure I understood what he was explaining, he provided relevant examples to help clarify his statements. I highly recommend and commend Fabian as he is knowledgeable, professional, and represents the company very well.

      David was great. He accessed, gave options and the installed a new hot water heater same day after I discovered a couple of leaks early that morning.

      I requested an emergency appointment with an electrician and was very pleased to work with Roman Savin. He was empathetic, kind, professional, and well-informed. He explained his assessment and my options. He took his time to do a thorough job, despite the fact that it was an after hours call.

      The technician arrived on time quickly diagnosed the source of the water leak and ended up replacing a toilet. The work was done efficiently and the work area was let clean. I would highly recommend this service.

      Christopher was able to come in and assess the situation quickly. Once the leak was located, he had all the materials to fix the issue. He was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Christopher was very easy to work with and had great customer service. It was a pleasant experience. I would 100% recommend him and Michael and Son.
