      The technicians and answering service staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. As a single female I appreciate that they do not try to take advantage of me or assume that I am oblivious. I feel that their quality of service and the peace of mind provided by one of their care plans is worth it's weight in gold.

      I had dripping water coming from my ceiling and called on a Saturday. There was already damage to the kitchen cabinets and floor. The technician was able to get to my house that day and fix the problem. A pipe needed to be replaced in the AC drip line.
      The tech came back the next morning to complete the job. It was done by 9:00 am. I'm very happy that this problem was diagnosed and corrected. The charge was very reasonable.
