      I asked them 4 days ago to remove my listing from their website of all my personal information. They said they would take it down within 24 hours. It is still there and now they have my email address

      I continually am hounded by speculative realtors from all parts of the globe at all hours of the day and night about selling a property Nuwber has listed me as the primary contact for. I am not now and I have never been associated with this property. I call them and they tell me they rely on the accuracy of your site and that they are under no obligation to delete my name from their lists.

      Violation of personal privacy. Online search shows my PII even after I asked for suppression. The link takes to a page on my profile that does have 41 error indicating removal, but the Nuwber search in online results is visible, showing home address, etc. My nuwber profile is ******************************************************************

I did not allow this information to be public, nor did anyone associated with me allow this. Parts of the profile are correct, others are not. There are portions that can put me and family members in harms way, and violate my safety. I'm afraid to say which parts as they seem to fish for information with this practice. This should not be public. I demand the business take the page down. They have an "opt out" page to request that you information be taken down, however in order to receive instructions, you have to provide an email address - which feels predatory as well. I do not trust this site with a direct connection with me.

      Nuwber.com is an online site that avails personal information to the public. Their "opt out" form fails to provide the option for removal. It only yields error messages such as "Remove request from this email was already performed." I received the error message with the first opt out attempt. This was not a repeat attempt. The result is that a removal email is never received to complete the opt out process. The company therefore offers no apparent opt out option for removal of the two sites pertaining to information about me. I have attached URL's for the two sites.

      My date of birth and all my personal information are displayed on Nuwber website without my consent. I have been harassed and scammed in the last few years because Nuwber sold my personal information and put me in danger of identity theft. I have been in emotional distress and thinking to take legal action against Nuwber.The opt out didn't work. This is a violation of my rights. I want my personal data removed immediately otherwise I will fill a lawsuit.

      On July 15, 2023, I noticed a large amount of personal and sensitive information about me on the internet that could lead to identity theft and other crimes was published by Nuwber, Inc without my consent. I selected the option on their website to OPT-OUT. Nuwber, Inc. removed personal/ sensitive information from its website, but did not remove it from ****** search., etc. My name, phone number and full address are displayed publicly as a heading on these searches. Its been more than two weeks and this company has not removed my personal and sensitive information from all apps, pages, social media sites and ****** searche. I request my personal, and sensitive information are removed from all search engines immediately.

Nuwber.com did remove my personal information, but shorty afterwards, my name will be placed under someone else's profile. This is beyond irritating for me because my name is unique and there is no one else with my name.
