      Sahdula A**** was the service tech that performed my annual gas fireplace inspection today. He was prompt, professional and extremely clean. What I appreciated most was that he would explain certain nuisances of the gas fireplace, important things that either were not in the owner's manual or conveyed by other techs in the past. In that regard Sahdula went above and beyond basic customer service. He is a true, valuable asset to Cyprus Air.

      Never use this service provider. We contracted for a gas fireplace. The technician arrived without all the materials for installation. Technician told us someone would be back the next day to complete the installation and no one showed up. We've been chasing them for over a month to complete the installation. We call at least once a week and never get a call back. Have repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and have never spoken to a manager.

      The is the second time we have tried to use this service provider. We had used them for an HVAC monitory and repair service and the qualify was so bad that we dropped them. We have learned our lesson.

      Maireni M*** of Cyprus Air Fireplace Department in Falls Church VA did extremely professional and informative work on the annual Fireplace cleaning and safety checkup. He was very careful also to clean up afterward and really impressed us with explaining certain battery- changing procedures with our remote system. His overall performance was outstanding in every aspect!

      The service technician provided excellent customer service. Derrick Dorsett answered all my concerns and discovered a problem with the remote box. He quickly replaced and had the gas fireplace up and running.

      My recently installed AC went out. Cyprus Air had previously installed the new AC unit 60 days prior. The technician found the issue immediately. The AC was working, and that their were no issues with the installation. However there was no power going to the unit. It was determined that the power box for the Heat and AC unit had a short causing the power to fail to the AC. The power box was replaced.

      My A/C unit stopped working and Cyprus Air sent out a very knowledgeable technician who had it working in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors.

      Excellent service! Called for them to give me an estimate on HVAC replacement. They sent someone out within 2 hours. Wasn’t able to get estimate because the estimator is on vacation but he got info from unit and will get me estimate next week.
