      Service was fine. Realized they charged me $260 too much. Called them immediately and they said I would be refunded. This was over two weeks ago. Called them 6-7 times and was told accounting would call me back. Still, no call and no refund. At this point don’t know who else to call, they admit they owe, but still have not refunded me my overcharge. Pathetic

      Sahdula A**** was our Cyprus Service Technician for a gas fireplace tune up and cleaning. He was excellent. Knows his craft, is very efficient, gave clear instructions and guidance, including changing batteries so they don't corrode again. He found two sites of gas leaking and repaired and replaced both elements. He was concerned that I not peer over his shoulder, which as a curious person, I tend to do.
      I would trust him again to service our fireplace.

      The remote and switch for my gas fireplace was not working so I requested a tuneup. The technician was careful and quick to inspect the fireplace and even shared with me what was not working. If I have any issues in the future, I will definitely be calling this company again!

      Bryan came to follow up on a previous repair. Unfortunately, the problem is "metallic nose" from the back of the fireplace and he told me it cannot be fixed. He was courteous, explained everything he tried to do to fix the problem.

      We received an initial fireplace inspection and cleaning in 2022. It was recommended by the technician that we opt for a 12 month plan which included a pre-paid follow up visit one year after this initial appointment. We were overcharged for the last two months of this plan. When the time came for the follow up appointment, the technician never showed after a 6 hour window given to us by Cyprus, after jerking us around about the time window to begin with. Upon further investigation, this company has an alarming number of horrible Google reviews from the past year. This company and their practices should be investigated.

      they are good salespeople but thats about it. the product is garbage. they sold us a Carrier unit and just at the 5 year mark it went bad. we have had to have every piece of the outside unit replaced and not the fan isnt working again. we have to pay to have them come out to fix something they didnt do right from the beginning?! no thanks. i rather deal with someone else who knows what they are doing. the staff are unprofessional. Rhonda always has an attitude to whatever you talk to her about. instead of the company telling us they did something wrong or sold a defective product they have done nothing of that sort. we have to pay for having all these parts put in and then for it not to work not even a year later??!! no thanks. we have had a guy come out before to "service" our unit before any of this went wrong and he didnt seem to know all about what he was doing and was lazy. didnt even want to do the service. they got us good and sold us with the price but at this point it wasnt worth the money. they told us that we were supposed to register our product and we were NEVER told that. the company should do that not us. i would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. they sell you the shitty low end model and dont want to fix their mistakes.

      Robert P came to perform annual maintenance on my gas fireplace. The only problem I was having turned out to be a battery issue;). He cleaned and "prettied up" the fireplace and got the remote working again. He was very pleasant and professional. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to contact Cyprus multiple times to schedule my appointment whereas they used to contact me every year as I have a service contract with them.

      Brian was competent and professional, taking the time to answer my questions and explain how my unit works. He clearly knows his business! He accommodated my request that he wear a KN95 mask gracefully, which I greatly appreciate. My old gas fireplace looks and works like new!
