      Dave turned up and was professional and polite. Did a really good job on my fireplace. Cleaning tuning and replacing embers. Was very pleased with whole experience

      Paris led his crew with installation. On time, worked well with each other,

      I don't think they want my input on this company, so I will keep it simple find a crack head and have him do it at least you will know your getting screwed out of your money. Only 1 star cause I can't give 0 star rating. BTW they also sub their installs out to subcontracts and the work is not done by Cyprus air and don't fall for their service contract either. Also my work required a permit and they never supplied me with a permit and it's never been inspected and they are also now telling me I have black mold in my system.

      We have had a yearly contract with Cyprus Air to have our fireplace unit serviced once a year, paying over $34/month or $400/year. We received no service this past year, despite making two appointments in December, both of which were confirmed via email, but no technician showed. The first time we were told, after waiting four hours at home, that the technician was sick - but we had to call Cyprus Air to learn this. For the second rescheduled appointment, no technician showed up after another 4-hour wait, and there was no communication. We called the Call Center, were put on hold for 10 minutes, then had to call back and were told they would follow up. In early January, after eight days of no response, we called again but got few answers, only about whether or not we wanted to reschedule. We were told that they make robocalls to customers to let them know if they can´t come, and if customers don´t receive them, it is not their fault. Really - their robocalls are our fault? We asked for either a refund or credit for the coming year, given we had no service but paid in full in advance. We were flatly told "no" twice, only after insisting was our request for credit ¨bumped upward,¨ and I requested they contact me directly. We used to receive a courtesy call in the Fall to set up our appointments in advance, but that has not happened in the past two years. After seven years as a client of Cyprus Air, we have been surprised and deeply disappointed with such poor customer service. What's happening?

      What could’ve turned out to be a last minute nightmare ended up being a tremendous surprise. Ian and Ivo made sure that I had a new system installed on my installation date. Even though the distributor ran out of the system that I had ordered a week before hand, they provided me with an even better system, at no additional cost, just to ensure that I was satisfied with, my order and the work that was promised. I would recommend Cyprus air and Home Depot to anybody who asked me.

      I regretted doing business with Cyprus air, they don't care about customer's complaint. The technicien who installed the new unit at my house knocked down the door of the furnace room and left without informing me. When I found out, i called the office, they sent the same technicien to my house to fix. He could not fix it and even made it worse by removing the top rack of the bi-folded door out. I called the office again, I emailed the office and they said the install manager would get back to me but nothing happened. I had to take a day off to go to the office which is 40 min from where I live to work with them. The customer service manager said she would get a guy to come to fix it since I was off and he was supposed to be at my house from 12-3pm, again he never showed up, I called the office again and she kept telling me he was delayed with the previous job and would be at my house soon. He never came. I am very upset with the way they do business, I already paid off the unit and they ignored the problem their employee caused to me. This is not an honest business, their customer service is terrible, they fooled people around and irresponsible. I will not do business with them anymore and will not recommend this business to anyone.

      I will make this short. We purchased a 24” gas log set last December. Never shop for one before every thing about the purchase went fine. In the spring of this year we went to a home show here in Annapolis. Where we meet to companies Back yard Billy’s and Griffith home entry. They both gave us a price of 1500.00 for a 24” gas log set. Griffith even came out to the house. I paid 4400.00 for the 24” log set and got a price for new Finley doors for 2800.00 We said no to the doors we keep our old ones. At the home show we saw the same Finley doors for 750.00. I feel we paid way to much. Will never shove here again. Randy B******
