    These guys stole whole bunch of people's money. Just ready the reviews on your own website..they stole **** from me and now i can't get it back. They are not responding.

    I joined Online Academy 01/14/2023 and paid $16,000 to join and fund my first campaign. Five months of campaigns ran with $1,000 in profit for the first four, when they emailed in the fifth month that business was temporarily stopped but that we would hear of next steps by 09/05/2023. Nothing ever came of that, and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone since, not the recruiter I initially spoke with or their support email or through the contact us page on their website. They have fully ghosted me and stolen my money! I want my money returned!

    I will retype the whole description I sent in my first contact with BBB.

    I was watching ******* videos in late July 2023. Ad Video popped up of ******************* ****** talking about learning affiliated marketing and also investing/borrowing his ***********************. I inquired further. I called his business cell ************, left message. *********************** ************ CALLED ME BACK. WE HAD SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS. HE SENT ME A CONTRACT VIA GMAIL TO SIGN, AS WELL AS FILL OUT ONLINE w-9 FORM. I subsequently used 3 credit cards to pay them a total of $16,000. $12,000 for lifetime administrative fee as well as $4000 for monthly campaign ad investment. Things were going well, watching many of their hundreds of hours of videos. then the last week of Aug, they sent an email saying campaigns were suspended as of Sept 5 until further notice after they deal with legal issues apparently.

    On March 3rd, 2023 I wired $16,000 to Online Academy. I saw their ad on ******* which promised me I would lose no money if I invested in their company. They promised that they are an online done for you marketing service where you put the money in and get commissions and they told me it was at no risk of losing any money. So I paid $16,000 - $12k being a fee (that Id be refunded if I decided to pull out before having broken even with commissions) and $4K was for an ad campaign that is the length of a month. If they were to make any profits they would pay me my $4K plus commission, and if they were to not make profits or take a loss they would pay me my initial $4K leaving me with no risk of losing money. The commissions would add up for me to break even on that initial $12k payment and then finally make profits. But if i decided to to terminate the services, they would make me whole of that $16k I paid initially minus the commissions. They disappeared in August and Ive not heard from them since. I tried emailing countless times and calling but no replies. THEY OWE ME $12,500 and they DISAPPEARED without a trace. This happened to many other people at the same time as I read the reviews on BBB. I tried getting in contact but theyve ghosted me and scammed me of my money. The company and I signed a contract saying they would refund me if I tried to pull out but they DECEIVED me and countless others. I am asking if there is anyway for me to get a refund of the money they owe me.

    **** proposed a business model where buyers were guaranteed to at least break even. Paying $12K in services fees, and spending a minimum $4K on affiliate marketing *********************** that his staff would run for the fee. He framed it as borrowing one of his businesses that he would run, and touted his experience and ability to earn billions in revenue through this means. Shortly before the first payout, he emailed saying all operations must cease, his attorneys were working around the clock to fix this and we would hear more no later then September 5th, 2023, **** had agreed in our contract to refund the amount paid and has not responded to any communication whatsoever, including my request for a refund. If **** doesnt make good on his promise to refund, and action must ensue, I would suggest that given Matts representations made to win the confidence of those who bought into his scheme, a piercing of the veil seems appropriate, if necessary, to make his buyers whole. I simply request that you do the right thing, ****, if you are indeed a legitimate business professional rather than a con artist, and commence the refunding process for those of us who asked, as we have gotten no indication that you will provide the services or break even remuneration that you promised to deliver.

    Amount paid was $20,000.00. Was sent a email advising operation was shut down. Notify no later than September 5 2023 about further status and nothing. Invested a lot of money just for it to be stolen away. This was supposed to be an investment for additional income.

    I was beginning to question my decision to join Online Academy in the 3rd Week of Aug 2023, this was due to the Webinar not being available with no cancelltion notice. I was new at this point - got involved in August 6,2023 (with a payment of $8000). So, I did not jump to any conclusions. Then a personal phone meeting was canceled and an email was sent with info for a temporary business halt until Sept 5,2023. It started to smell like a RAT. At this point there was no communication via, phone, email, web, and our profit payment for the past month. There was that sinking feeling, borrowed funds - straight in the toilet. The AG's office sent me to a collaboration of the *** and the *** (called IC3, its a Website). I filled out the (IC3 Complaint Referral Form) with all the sales info,, process hype, **** & ****,address and phone #, emails, etc........................... Were do we go from here!!!!!! We need to build a collective approach. How to communcate info?

    Online Academy is a company that I found searching the net that claims you can pay into their campaign each month and youre guaranteed your money back with the possibility of earning some money. I paid this company $16,000 upfront and I have a contract stating that every $**** campaign that I paid into I was guaranteed my $**** back. The first two months went perfect I actually made $1000 the first month and 500 the second month. The original $16,000 that I gave them $12,000 of that was to be in business with them and there was a contract. The additional **** was for the first campaign. My third campaign I paid for $**** and was expecting a pay out on 15 September of this year 2023. They sent out an email early in the month stating that they were having some issues and would get back to us by a certain date September 5 I think. Since then it has been totally impossible to get a hold of them they have completely ghosted me the only person that I was actually able to speak to when I signed up has completely blocked everyone and theres no way to get in contact with them so they have basically sold $16000 from me.

    This company approached me with an investment opportunity to learn how to invest online and to also invest money into ongoing campaigns for a revolving investment monthly. The initial buy in was $12000.00 a person with a additional $4000.00 to buy into a monthly campaign with the promise of the $4000.00 to be returned at the end of every ************* whatever the campaign awarded on top of the investment. I paid in $32000.00 to buy me and my wife into the revolving campaign and for 7 months everything was as promised. In August of 2023 Matts Online Academy LLC sent out an email stating that they had run into a issue with the payment dispursements and that was the last contact with the company. They do not answer emails phone calls or any form of communication to resolve this issue. I am at a loss of $23000.00.

    Date of transaction 7/31/2023 and 8/28/2023 Two payments of $4,000.00 total $8,000.00 Company contracted to run add campaigns and provide return on the $4,000.00. There was no guarantee on the amount of the return, but they did guarantee that the investment $4,000.00 would be returned each month. This process was performed three months in a row with no issues and then I received the following email.This is a notice from Online Academy.Online Academy has had to temporarily interrupt operations. We are working with our advisors and attorneys to resolve current issues around the campaigns and payments and hope to have answers for all investors and business partners on next steps by September 5th. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have answers as soon as we are able, but no later than September 5, 2023.We will be back in touch as quickly as possible. Thank you for understanding and apologies for the interruption.Online Academy Team I have emailed support over ten times since this email with no response. I have no other way to contact them.
