I paid the company ********* USD for access to their courses and for access to investing in marketing campaigns monthly for passive income return. after only 2 months, they have shut down the business and kept all of the investment money including 2 months worth of marketing campaigns. I gave Online Academy $16,000 dollars. $***** dollars of this money was an investment into *********************** that ********************* and his team would be working on. **** guaranteed that there was no risk, promising to return at least the *****, but saying that on average the investor would share in the profits from the money the ad campaign brought in. For the first 6 months they did what they said. For each ***** in invested I got at least ***** back but usually made a profit of *****. Then they sent a email saying they were suspending the add campaigns until their legal team said it was ok but guaranteeing it would last only until September 8. They have been completely unreachable since this email. i have attempted to contact them by phone, and numerous emails. They also guaranteed a full refund at any time, minus the profits they made me. I paid **** $ to Online Academy on 08/08/23 for running an Ad campaign(Affiliate marketing). As per the business contract the Ad campaign runs for about 4 weeks and my dashboard will display my commission payout date(I have attached my campaign report pdf below for your reference). Here my payment amount will be either my ****$ investment or in case I made any profit I might get my ****$ plus any extra amount the campaign made for that month, but I never lose my initial ****$invested. So, when I get paid, I keep the profit and make a payment of ****$ to initiate the purchase of a new Ad campaign every month. I initiated my first Ad campaign with this business starting on 09/20/22. So far have not had any issues dealing with this company. But things suddenly took a different turn for this month, September. As per the dashboard this month's estimated payout date was 9/22/23 and so far, I have not received any payout from Online academy , not even my invested **** $ back. Usually, I receive the commission payout at least towards the end of the posted date on my dashboard. Also , if there is a delay, I email the support and they usually let me know if there is a delay. However, this time on 9/22/23, when I did not receive a notification for my payment, I emailed the support staff numerous times asking for an explanation and so far, no response. They do not have a phone number to reach. I have attached the proof of my multiple email attempts to reach out to this business and a copy of my dashboard showing the payout date as 9/22/23 with a 100% completed Ad campaign. I requested them to at least refund my investment of ****$ and so far, no response. The person who runs this business is ****. The only way to contact this business is via *********************************** I just need my invested amount of ****$ refunded and end by business with this company for good. I invested $16,000 with Online Academy 10-31-22 and signed a contract stating that if a campaign didn't produce any money, that at least I would be made "whole." I have received over $8000 back due to campaign profits since then. I received an email last month, a day before my campaign was final and payment would be received that no payments would be going out and that we would be notified about what was going on no later than Sept 5th, 2023. Well, it's Sept 27th and I still haven't heard anything from their company nor have i received any more of my money back. I signed up for this service on March 24th, 2023 I was told that if I put the cost of the program (as outlined in the contract attached titled Online Academy Client Engagement... on page 1 ) on a credit card with 0% interest for 15 months, that I would at least make that back before interest began to accrue - these conversations were with *********************** on a "recorded line" - I don't have access to them I am also seeking the amount of my last campaign investment back: as per the contract (attached as Online Academy Client Engagement...) on page 3 "Commission Guarantee" says that the entire about of each campaign investment would be given back to me ($4,001) after each campaign ended (payout dates are outlined in my Campaign Report attached as Untitled Document 3)Per my Campaign Report (attached as Untitled Document 3) I was supposed to be paid a MINIMUM of $4,000 on September 1st, but on August 25th, Online Academy sent an email (attached as Email Notice...) saying that OA had to interrupt operations and would get back to us by September 5th.I have not gotten my last payout for $4,000 and I have checked my Mass Pay account and there is still a $0 balance - I have sent several emails looking for a response, and update - ANYTHING - and I've heard NOTHING back I am seeking a refund for the minimum of my last investment - $4,000 in ADDITION to the $12,000 for my initial investment - minus the campaign amount paid for the first campaign (which I did get back) - because I was only able to participate in 3 campaigns/payouts.I was willing to wait to see what was going on, all I wanted was a response and some communication, but since I have been totally "ghosted" I am seeking a refund for the total amount .Customer Answer

On Aug. 4th, 2023 I purchase a $4000.00 ad campaign broken down $3000.00 management fee and $1000.00 for the initial ad campaign. My first payout will be delivered Sept. 15th, 2023. On Aug 23rd, 2023 I received an email from Online Academy with the following message from the support team: Hello,Online Academy has had to temporarily interrupt operations. We are working with our advisors and attorneys to resolve current issues around the campaigns and payments and hope to have answers for all investors and business partners on next steps by September 5th. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have answers as soon as we are able, but no later than September 5, 2023. We will be back in touch as quickly as possible. Thank you for understanding and apologies for the interruption.Online Academy Team I've tried numerous times to try and communicate with them through email with no return response.
