  Horrible to deal with. Delivery arrived and when the driver found out it was inside delivery he said he couldn’t help me. He stated he had an accident during another delivery but his boss “made him” come to my house. What kind of outfit is this? No working phones, no customer service agents…how do they exist?

  Cannot recommend. I was given a delivery date and told someone needed to be present. They changed the date with one day notice. We made arrangements to be home and provided cell numbers. No knock or call. Package $2,190 generator delivered to lawn with severely damaged packaging and on its side. No response after several attempts.

  I wish there was an option to give zero stars. This is the most poorly run, incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. They will flat out lie about their shipping date. If you want a package to arrive in a timely manner and would like to know when your package will arrive...avoid this company at all cost. I would rather talk to hitler himself than have to do any kind of business with this compay. If you are an online store and use NSD, I will not buy from you. I do not care how good the deal is.

  Called Friday to say they were delivery by 4 pm. They never showed. Had to go thru Home Depot on Monday to find out when to expect my purchase. Now they say it will be another week! We've already waited over 2 weeks!
  I wish I had a choice about using this company!

  If I could give these guys negative stars I would. I ordered cabinets from Home Depot.com (online order) and the NSD tracking info says they were delivered today. Nothing is here. BUT yesterday, Easter Sunday, we got home to see 5 different cabinets sitting in our driveway with someone else's name and address on them. Tried to contact NSD to tell them "hey, you left this at the wrong house!" No answer. I called Home Depot locally and they had no record of any order for the person it was addressed to. Thank goodness for technology because I was able to track down the person who they belonged to. Not only are my cabinets no where to be found, probably in someone elses driveway but the person who had to leave Easter Dinner to come get his cabinets that were left at my home! This is just straight up laziness at it's best. Your delivery driver either never looked at the address on the package or can't read. I get that mistakes happen but he left someone else stuff at the wrong house and never delivered mine. There are no pictures, no prior call to say it's getting delivered or anything. These were actually suppose to be a scheduled delivery for 4/12 and 4/14. I sure hope Home Depot doesn't use your company for appliances as mine are suppose to be delivered this coming Saturday.

  Never showed with a recliner. Marked it as delivered at Amazon. Told us within 48 hours they would reschedule the delivery. I have never worked with a company that does not deliver as promised and then lie.

  Unprofessional Company. They text you with a 4 hour window to pick up a large item for return and you click to confirm the time. Then no one shows up to pick up the item. Once they arrived and didn't take the item which was left outside because they said they needed a signature. The second time my son worked from home to be the signer when the item was picked up. They never showed up even though he waited from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. After I complained, they gave me another 4 hour window. The time frame was 3:00 PM to 7:00PM. I left work one hour early to wait for them, and left the garage door wide open so they would see my vehicle and know that I was home. No one showed up again. These people are unprofessional , unapologetic. They never call to let you know they are delayed or not coming. Then they have the gall to text you with another 4 hour window as if it is a game.

  WORST service I have ever had. They mark your order as delivered without proof of delivery. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service for weeks. On the phone, email, and chat. Everyone just says to give them 24-72 hours and someone will get back to me. No one ever does.
