      I ordered a pool from Amazon. said delivery would be on July 29 through NSD. on July 27 Amazon tracking said to call NSD to set up delivery I spent 2 days calling with no response. sent emails with no response. did the on-line chat and got an answer that i am out of the delivery area and they would not deliver to me. when i asked why they accepted the delivery from the shipper if they couldn't deliver to the customer. They said they were obligated to. Contacted Amazon who also contacted NSD. NSD told them that i was an hour and a half away from there terminal and I was too far from them to deliver to me. Amazon told them to return the order to the shipper and Amazon refunded me in full. Worst shipping company i have ever dealt with.

      Worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered!!! I will no longer be doing business with the Home Depot due to their decision to use NSD as their delivery service. !!!! Minus 15 stars!!!

      If I could give them zero stars I would. As a matter of fact, using a STAR would be the definition of hypocrisy. Let's just say that it took them 6 days after their promised delivery date and time to get my package. I missed work on the originally scheduled date and they never called, emailed, nada. I spent multiple times on hold every day for six days with no response. In fact, each time on hold they would prompt me a couple of times to call me back at the number I called from and they never did...so I then would call back...but after 15 min on hold, they would just tell me (automated message) that they would call me back and then they would hang up. This company is an absolute mess, and then, upon delivery, I had to remind the driver to give me a copy of the delivery receipt. If you have a choice on how your package is delivered....under no circumstance should this company ever be an option, no matter how inexpensive their rates. I do not know how a company like this can survive in a world with so much technology and communication capabilities. Absolutely zero customer service with an "I'll get there when I get there" attitude. Not sure if it makes a difference, but I live in CT. The reason for my review is based on the address on my shipping receipt. Maybe your luck is different in a different region. But NE dwellers beware....you've been warned.

      My order has been sitting at their location near my house for nearly 2 weeks. They won’t answer the phone so I guess I will have to cancel the order with Amazon

      Had I read these complaints beforehand I would have demanded that the supplier ship my purchase through a different company. It is 3 hrs past the delivery window and not one call, text, email or other. I waited 45 min on a chat line to be told that an urgent message was sent to the terminal and someone would call me to schedule. The item was ordered on 7.13.22 arrive to the "last mile" terminal on 7.20.22 scheduled for delivery on 7.27.22 with professional installation on 7.28.22. The fact that I can't reach anyone to confirm anything coupled with the over the top bad reviews is...It really is about delivering the basics in customer service and that window has closed. I will update this review in the meantime taking additional actions with the supplier.

      I ordered a treadmill the first week of June. First, it was somehow lost. Then it was damaged and undeliverable. A replacement was sent out and has now been sitting at the local delivery terminal for two weeks. No one called to schedule delivery, and no one at NSD will answer the phone or an email. Apparently I paid $2000 for them to keep my treadmill.

      I ordered over $11,000 in equipment for the institution I work at and NSD could not possibly care less. Home Depot is just as guilty, and will never get our business again. I am almost 4 weeks in and have still not received my order or been contacted by NSD. Any communication has been initiated by me, and you would have a higher chance of being struck by lightning than getting someone at one of their terminals to answer your calls. I have never seen such a terrible company in my entire life before now. I am officially petitioning BBB to give a negative star option.
      TLDR: WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY.

      I had a new mattress (which I
      bought at JC Penny’s) delivered by NSD on Monday of this week. The movers who delivered it called ahead to advise that they would be at my home in 30 minutes and they arrived promptly. They were very friendly and courteous and had no problem getting the mattress upstairs and onto the bed, They also took the old mattress away, for which I had prepaid. It was a very satisfactory experience!

      I was told I would get phone call to schedule delivery…..they did not call me. They just showed up at front gate, then they call. We had to stop our errands to come home. They delivered halve the merchandise only. They set up bed adjustable frame (2) but only one was set up correctly, the other one does not work.. a week later we are still waiting for the bed mattress. Very unprofessional service. We paid for haul away of old frames and they said no they could not take them,,!

      I ordered a sofa set and no other but NSD was hired for the delivery. Welp!! they did in fact stop because I have yet to receive my order. The tracking 35792691 stated it would be delivered on July 13 then the 25th I even received a call to confirm I took a day off of work only for them o tell me its now missing. Why does this company do this to people who work hard for their dollar. Its unacceptable the reviews say it all.
