      They have my tool box for over a week. No one answers the phone or calls back! How is this business still running with all similar complaints? I have to cancel my order now.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. The company never delivered my package after it was sitting in Baltimore for months. There is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! You remain on hold for 15 minutes until the phone automatically hangs up indicating that you will receive a call back. They don't respond to e-mails and they do not respond to their forum on their website. DO NOT USE!

      This might be the worst customer service I've ever seen from a company this size. If you use their automated phone service, you will be put on hold until the service itself hangs up on you. It says they will call you back, but in 7 attempts they never did. So I tried the chat feature on their site. I was initially ignored for 20+ minutes, and Iva said she had "escalated" my case, given my number to a manager, and someone would call me. Iva and I did this twice and nothing came from it. Their tracking system is a joke. It repeatedly said an appointment had been made for delivery, but I never received a call to set a time. At least 6 times it has said it was "Out for Delivery", and Iva was able to confirm that for me twice. I would suggest canceling any order you have as soon as you find out NSD is handling your item. That's the only way to get Amazon to stop using them.
      11 Days after my initial delivery date, 7 phones calls, and 2 chat attempts with "escalated cases" later and I've given up. Avoid this company at all costs.

      The Home Depot contracted with this carrier. They called me on Friday to let me know the package would be delivered Saturday between 3 and 7. I cleared my schedule. When they had not called by 6:30, I called the number they gave me and was on hold for over an hour. No one answered, I had no idea where I was in the queue, or if there even was a queue. I called Home Depot customer service. That rep tried to reach NSD, but could not. He said it was common with this carrier. He also emailed them and filed a complaint on my behalf.
      Monday morning I called NSD again. After 16 minutes, the automated message said someone would call me back and hung up (big surprise, no one did). I managed to get ahold of someone on the website chat feature. This person first said the driver was a no call, no show Friday, then tried to tell me the delivery was not scheduled until Monday. I reminded them that I received a call from NSD on Friday for the Saturday delivery AND the NSD website was still showing a Saturday delivery. I was told that the package was on the truck and would be delivered that afternoon. I told him no one would be there until after 4:30.
      The package was delivered at 11:15 am by a subcontractor, Now That's Fast Delivery. The driver rolled the vanity with marble top off the delivery van, positioned it in the driveway, took a picture, and left. This package clearly states "fragile" and "two person lift". It was also supposed to require a signature and be delivered over the threshold. Needless to say, it is damaged.

      NSD is a bad company. I had a delivery that went from New Jersey all the way to there last mile terminal in Kenner, LA. and stayed there from July 26 to August 13. They never contacted me for a delivery date. I opened up a case with Home Depot, and NSD told them it would be delivered. It was never delivered and NSD canceled the order and sent the item back, claiming I wanted a refund. I think they didn't want to deliver the item from Kenner to Houma because they didn't have enough items to deliver to make a full load to Houma. Very very bad experience with this delivery service.

      Horrible customer service. My fireplace has been sitting 30 miles away from my house for 3 days and I cannot get through to customer service to schedule ay delivery. They say on the tracking they tried to contact me on 8/10, but I have no record of this call. I contact the customer service center and usually I'm on hold until they hang up on me saying I will get a call back, which I never do. Got through to someone 7:30 yesterday morning and she told me she put an " urgent note" in the system to the "terminal" and someone would contact me by the end of the day, never happened. Used the chat feature this morning and of course the "terminal" is closed today so I can't schedule, then the agent just stopped responding to my chat so I ended it. I don't understand why I need to schedule delivery in the first place, they are just leaving it outside not bringing it in my house. So very frustrating when you can't talk to someone then when you do they don't have the ability to help. Why can't thier CSRs schedule a delivery? Isn't that what a majority of people will be calling for? I didn't have a choice to use them, Home Depot chose the delivery company; however, if you do have a choice do NOT use them!

      I ordered a vanity from a home improvement store on July 24, with an estimated delivery date of August 8. On July 29, NSD's tracking site updated the estimated delivery to August 3-5. Since July 29 it has not been updated. On August 8 I attempted to contact NSD through their online chat feature, no one responded. I sent a note through the contact us section of their website, no one responded. I tried online chat two more times, and no one was ever online. I finally got someone from the home improvement store on the phone on August 12 and found out my package was lost in transit. I had to re-order it, and this time I'm having it sent to the store because my project has already been delayed by several weeks because of NSD's incompetence. If you lose someone's package, have the decency to tell them and make it right. Don't just ignore them and hope the retailer will clean up your mess for you.

      I'm still waiting for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on June 21. No one contacted me. I finally found a number and had to call them. The scheduled a delivery for Aug 10 and never showed. When I called to find out where the delivery was, I was told it would be coming tomorrow, Aug 11. The customer service agents I talked to were apologetic but their system is obviously broken. Now I need to take another day off work.

      Positively worst customer service I've ever experienced. My package should have been delivered 30 days ago. No one from NSD will answer my calls, call me back, email me back or chat online to try to resolve this issue. At this point I've decided to NEVER do business with any company that has NSD as their delivery service. I'm done.
