      Horrible customer service. I ordered a log splitter from Home Depot, had buyers remorse and canceled the order within one day. HD was more than happy to cancel my order and refunded my money; nonstop delivery refused to not deliver the log splitter despite Home Depot contacting nonstop and letting them know the order was canceled. Nonstop are unprofessional jerks and Ill refuse to do business with any company that uses them to make deliveries.

      If I could give them a no star review I would. We had two vanity tops and a three piece tub delivered by them and the boxes were opened, smashed, and one vanity was cracked. I wish I could add pictures to this review. I would not suggest this company to anyone! It literally looked like they backed the truck up and pushed it all onto the driveway, after beating the crap out of each box. Thank Goodness Home Depot is being very helpful to resolve the damaged items

      I was extremely dissatisfied with the recent delivery because the owner of the delivery service hired by BBB was extremely rude and unprofessional. First of all, I got a call from the delivery service operator and I was told that the package was delivered and arrived at my home between 9:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m. I was waiting and tried to reach the operator and delivery man. They all kept telling me that the package was on the way and would be arrived this time and that time. Finally, I got a conversation the so-called the owner of the delivery service company, and I was yelled at and told that I needed to calm down. He did not say sorry or any a word to satisfy me even though they failed to provide the service that they promised to delivery.
      This was why I called the home office of BBB in NJ, and however, nobody in the world at the office answered my call. But instead I was told to participate the customer service survey that I was not provided by anyone in the organization. Therefore, I was very offended and made a comment on online chat that it was a fraud service and dishonest behavior business activity.
      I have been shopping with BBB local stores for many decades and I always like the employees in stores because they are all very professional and helpful.
      Therefore, I strongly suggest that BBB executives should look into your organization so that all customers just like me will not have such an unpleasant customer service Experiences in the near future.

      Our package was delivered timely and in good shape. Delivery was early in the morning so I only had to miss about 2 hours of work.

      I ordered a gun safe from Home Depot on June 12th and paid additional for specific room delivery since it’s fairly heavy. The product was delivered by NSD and the delivery team rushed out. Upon further inspection, the exterior of the safe is damaged and the keypad doesn’t not work. I swapped out three different batteries to triple check. Still nonfunctional. I processed a return and pickup was scheduled. That was more than a month ago. The currier Home Depot is using, NSD, has scheduled pick up three times and failed to follow through all three times. One of those times the driver called and reported mechanical issues with his truck. The other two times were complete no shows. No calls. No texts. Nothing. Home Depot files a new case each time I contact customer service and they say they’re working on it, but nothing happens. I effectively have a large piece of nonfunctional metal wasting valuable space in a closet, and I’m still out the $647.58 they need to refund me. I’m incredibly disappointed in Home Depot, but more importantly want people to know that if you see that NSD will be used as the deliver currier, look elsewhere.

      Placed an order on Amazon and they had it delivered using nsd. My package did not arrive when scheduled. Tried to chat with them and was told,"Sorry we can't reach the terminal" then agent disconnected the chat. Then tried to call and waited on hold for 15 minutes when a recording said, "we will call you back" and then hung up. So I waited 5 hours with no callback so I tried calling again. Waited on hold 20 minutes this time before hearing the recording and getting hug up on. Tried the chat again and was told, we have no control over our terminal and that I would have to wait 24 hours for an updated eta. Still no delivery.

      This company is truly a joke. How/why companies contract with NSD for it's logistics needs are beyond me. Would not recommend at all.

      I ordered a whole house generator rom Home Depot on July 6th and the generator ($3600) was delivered to a NSD terminal on July 8th. At time of purchase, it was estimated to be delivered as late as July 21. Since it was setting in a local terminal in Jackson, MS and since I live in Jackson, MS I assumed the item would be delivered earlier than July 21. And in fact, tracking indicated the item would be delivered on July 11. When it was not delivered on July 11th, I checked tracking the next day and the delivery date had changed to July 12. This change in scheduled delivery dates was daily. I called Home Depot to complain and to investigate. They contacted NSD on July 13th and was told the item would definitely be on a truck for delivery on July 14th. It was not delivered so I called Home Depot again on July 15th and was told it would be delivered on July 18th. Now as I write this the delivery date has changed to July 19th!
      NSD is apparently incapable of competent service. They are just taking money delivering the service they were paid to deliver. Home Depot offers free shipping and this is a case of getting what you pay for. My item is just sitting in some terminal and there is some automatic software that sends out delivery dates automatically. They are probably under staffed and instead of hiring additional staff due to demand, they are just sitting on items until the very last minute! If I don't get my item by July 21, I am going to cancel the order for a refund with Home Depot. I will never buy anything like this online from Home Depot that requires freight shipping. As a matter of fact, in the future, I will make sure that NSD services are not used on anything I buy that require freight shipping.

      This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with they didn't put my order on the truck even though they had the packing slip and than they told Amazon they had to reschedule my delivery date because they didn't have time to re drop it off and didn't know when they could drop it off. This company needs to be shut down I don't think any of them even know how to track a package or even know what's on their trucks. Amazon needs to cut ties with these people.

      I wish I had read the reviews before allowing Home Depot to ship my order with this company. Customer Service is nonexistent. Don’t try to call them. It’s a waste of time. You’re put on hold listening to terrible music then after waiting at least a half hour the recording suggests you hang up and they will call you back when a rep is available. Don’t believe it, it won’t happen. They’ll never answer and they won’t call you back. The Home Depot service rep couldn’t get them to answer either. She had the same numbers I did. They say the driver will call 30 min. before arrival. That doesn’t happen either. They say you don’t need to be home for delivery but I did because I live in a gated community and the drivers need to dial a gate code so I can let them in. I had no way of getting this information to NSD or the drivers. I feel sorry for the drivers who have to work for such a terrible company. I believe NSD stands for No Service Dummies.
