      If I could leave less than one star, I would. Company delivered to the wrong address and then refused to deliver to the correct address.

      CANCEL YOUR ORDER the moment you find out these people are delivering your order. I took time off work to sign for a package that never arrived. I called NSD and the only thing they will do, and that is if you're absolutely lucky enough to talk to and actual human being, is say that some one will call you back. Been a few weeks and I haven't had a single call. I have lost a almost a 1000 dollars because of this company. They aren't just a bad business they are CRIMINALS. AVOID at all costs.

      I ordered a tv through Amazon and nsd was tasked with delivery. 26 days later and no delivery no response. They do not answer the phone. You can press 1 for a call back (30 hours later) rang half a ring and hung up, phone was in my hand and I didn’t have time to answer it. Chat is useless as one associate told me my order was delivered then said she was working on another order while helping with my issue. Order has been sitting in last mile delivery for 14 days at time of this review. Change name to psd. (Prolonged Stops Delivery)

      I have been waiting for over a month since my delivery for my Lowe’s purchase arrived at their East Point, GA terminal. I FINALLY got a call last Thursday (4 weeks after the order arrived in East Point and multiple Chats and emails promising to expedite the scheduling of my delivery) and was told my shipment would arrive today, Monday, 8/8/22 by noon. I was so excited and took the day off from work.
      It is now after 4pm, while the status shows “Out for Delivery”, I have not heard a peep from them. No one answers the Chat today, I called the number back that was on my caller id for scheduling my delivery and she said she would check on the location of the truck and call me right back, that call was at noon, no call back, she doesn’t answer when I called again, even tried texting the number - just silence!
      Surely Lowe’s can find a more reliable company to deliver their goods.
      I’m not sure I’ll ever get my sofa & chair. If I could give Non Stop Delivery zero stars I would. I guess they should be called Non Delivery Inc.!

      I ordered a recliner on June 22, 2022from Purshasing Power, which uses NSD for delivery. The chair arrived at the East Point terminal on July 22,2022. First the delivery estimate was July 24-27, 2022 ( no show) and then it changed to July 28- August 1 (no show). Myself and Purchasing Power have called or chatted over 10 times only to be told the same 24-48 hour lie. One rep supposedly sent it to “escalation” and still no response. I called today and the NSD rep couldn’t get terminal on the phone either but sent yet another urgent message. Strangely someone from NSD noted that they tried calling me today BUT my phone has not rang once. I called Purchasing Power to connect me with NSD ( they can reach them somehow), and requested to speak with a supervisor. As always the phone automatically disconnects. This is a very unprofessional company and at this point , I would like the total cost of the chair and shipping fees refunded.

      Horrible experience and if I could leave zero stars I would. My furniture was not to be delivered until August 8, 2022. Reviewed text that item was due to arrive early on Aug 4th in between hours of 6-9 pm. Received call from their hub out of Grand Rapids, Michigan at 1155am that they were at my house an where was I? The gal that called me threatened to take item back and when I said this is not my problem that you are there earlier than appointment set up, she hung up on me. I attempted to call several times and leaving several messages with no response. Also emailed with no response. Came home and the dropped a large sofa off in yard, busted frame with multiple holes. Beware ....

      Waited for my ladder and noticed the delivery status changed to "customer refused order". I never received a call or talked to anyone from NSD regarding my order. I called their customer support immediately when I noticed the "customer refused order" status. NSD customer support told me to ignore that status and my delivery was still on the way.
      A day later I get an email from Home Depot saying my refund is on the way. I called Home Depot and they explained that NSD reported I refused delivery. I didn't refuse delivery and I didn't talk to any delivery driver. Either they made an error or the delivery driver was lying. Either way, I waited almost a month to get nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone.

      The worst delivery service I have ever dealt with and the fact that Amazon uses them is really too bad. I ordered 3 items, two were delivered on Friday with no notification. The third item I have been trying to track down for 5 days now. NDS says it was delivered however a couch would be hard to miss. NDS has yet to call me back after the 7 calls I have made. The chat makes you wait and wait, finally connects just to time out. Beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and very poor customer service.

      I ordered a large item through Amazon that was shipped in 2 boxes. One went missing in transit. I can understand how that might happen, but I can't understand how this shipping company can stay in business with a complete lack of customer service. Calls are not returned. Their phone system will hang up on you if you hold. Chats and emails are ignored. I strongly recommend against using this company.

      They only delivered 2 of my 16 kitchen cabinets. It’s impossible to get a hold of a human. Just awful experience!
