      They delivered my order from ********** for a kitchen remodel. The order consisted of three pallets of items, including appliances and tile. No issues with the delivery scheduling or actual delivery. My delivery did not include unwrapping of the items.

      I ordered a couch on 4/9/24 and it was shipped out 4/10/24. I received an email advising my home delivery was scheduled for 4/12/24 from 230pm - 630pm. They contacted me 30 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on the way and arrived within the timeframe provided. The delivered the furniture undamaged and even brought it inside even though I didnt select in home delivery which I was thankful for. Great and *************!

      They delivery and assembly of furniture went very smoothly and in schedule. The two guys delivering were on time, very nice, and professional.

      I ordered an item on March 19th with an estimated delivery of April 1st. Tracking shows the item arrived and was Transferred to final large item carrier for final delivery on March 25th. On April 3rd tracking shows that a delivery appointment was scheduled even though I was never contacted. On April 11th I contacted customer service who was unable to contact the warehouse and said they would raise my order up in importance- not sure what that means. It is April 15th and I still have not been contacted for delivery. Last tracking still shows that an appointment for delivery was scheduled on April 3rd. I can't find the phone number for the *****, ** warehouse where the item seems to be resting.

      I need help scheduling a return pickup of over 2000 lbs of flooring. It was delivered in giant boxes, extremely heavy... so there is no way I can even hire someone to return this... only a truck with a forklift.

      Their automated phone system does not work and gets the order number wrong even though I typed it in correctly 4 times, it added an extra 8 for no reason. The automated phone system does not have options to speak to an agent.

      Finally got in touch with an agent... They were not able to schedule a pickup and they also did not have any empathy. If NSD has a phone number line, that is unable to schedule or contact somebody who can at that moment.... then I guess they cannot do much but they should be trained in being polite and be empathetic to the situation.

      It is 2024, these returns should be scheduled online. Not wait 24-48hrs for a phone call! I get spam calls all the time and I am in meetings all day... So that is not a viable option

      Very frustrating experience...

      Surprised to see such low reviews but, I had a great experience with my delivery driver he was good at communicating called me and let me know in advance what time he'd be there and was there at exactly that time, he had a positive attitude and did his job well.

      Due to no fault of my own, this company rescheduled my delivery 3 times. 1st they said the driver quit, The second time the driver could not get cleared to come on base, I was then promised delivery the next day. On this day I call to confirm my delivery window, and was told she could deliver my item the following week. The communication is horrible, unacceptable and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this company to any other service member or customer who wants the items they purchase in a reasonable time frame. I will cancel this order and shop elsewhere if the item is not delivered within 48 hours. I have lost 3 days of leave, taking time off for delivery.

      The item shipped came from Kansas to Salt Lake City then past my community to Boise ID then back to Rupert ID ,my home, then back to Boise ID then again back to Rupert ID my home. It has sat in Rupert since early Friday morning until now Monday morning without any indication by tracking that it will be delivered today. Judging from the plethora of complaints about this company my experience seems par for them. Frustrated and extremely disappointed.
