      I was called the day before to give me a delivery time the next day they called me 30 minutes out. They were here when they said they would be. Brought my new mattress right in and set up. Took the other one out for exchange.
      They were very polite and helpful
      No complaints just a 5 star review.

      Poor service as well as poor Customer Service from management.
      Received text my items would be delivered between 8a-12noon on March 6th. I received a call at 8:53a. Call did not come through. No one ever came to ring doorbell or knock. As a result my shipment was delayed after taking the entire day off for this delivery. Called CS to see why no one ever came to the door. Her only explanation was that they called and no one answered. I explained just because the call wasn't answered doesn't mean I wasn't home. I have Ring doorbell and not one time did I receive a chime or ding to my pho e that someone was at my door. So now we call instead of actually going to the door. The delivery person should have taken the initiative to get out the truck and knock/ring doorbell. Not one time did management apologize for the drivers not coming to the door. I'm certain this isn't the first time they've done this. It's frustrating and unfair to the consumer to have to reschedule or return the merchandise due to poor delivery service.

      I had a 3-piece living room suit delivered. The company kept me notified on the delivery date, and text me when they were within an hour of delivery. I was also able to track the delivery vehicle, which was very nice. The two gentlemen were very professional and polite and were able to deliver this extremely heavy cargo with absolutely NO damage. I have no complaints about this company and would recommend them for future purchases.

      Communicated delivery information clearly, arrived early in communicated delivery window, mattress set was in good new condition, set up was quick, guys were polite & efficient. They removed old bedding as paid for. Their truck dripped engine oil all over my driveway otherwise a 3-4 star rating

      Great communications from this company on my furniture delivery. Respectful of our property and removed all the packing materials as well. Friendly crew and stayed busy until the job was completed. A great experience.

      They cancelled my delivery and stated on the tracking, "customer refused delivery." I did not. I confirmed the time slot and waited all day for the delivery. I am on the phone with Amazon now to try to resolve this issue. Hopefully, Amazon will not use this company anymore.
