      I have had my past few deliveries made by them and every single time it has been horrible. My packages have been stolen because it is left in an insecure location, it’s not been left with the front office (like all other packages). I have left delivery instructions to not leave packages and only leave with the front office or a person in my apartment so they responded this time by throwing my package against the door and walking away. The last time it was an expensive item that I got as a gift for myself after my grandfather passed away, it was “delivered” but nowhere to be found and I had to wait 3 days to file a complaint with the seller and shipping company per their customer service departments. By the time I could make a formal complaint I got my refund but the item was out of stock.

      Had a package say delivered yet no sign of package. Was told to wait 3 days to insure it didn't show up. I have security cameras surrounding my house and no delivery was ever even attempted. NOT EVEN A TRUCK ON THE STREET. Called original company I ordered from to be told delivery is out of their hands. Called Ontrac just to be told the package was delivered based on their tracking system when I have actual video evidence proving there was indeed no attempted delivery they couldn't care less to see the footage and was told there is nothing they could do. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be ordering from any company that delivers via Ontrac ever again.

      I would recommend to check the retailer as to whom they use as a delivery/carrier. If it is Lasership, have it shipped to store or see if they will use a different delivery method because you will never get your package with Lasership. I have had two items from two different retailers sent via Lasership that never got delivered. The first said they were unable to make the delivery then supposedly, when they were able, it was after 9 pm and said they left it in a place that didn’t exist at my house. The second package supposedly got delivered in person to my daughter but no one even came to the door; my daughter was still sleeping.

      The WORST service ever! Status online hasn't updated in over 4 days. Still says "need more information to deliver" you try to call and you can't get an actual person on the phone to give whatever additional info they need, only automated that tells you to press 2 if your package is delayed and then the auto response to that is "contact the seller". The seller then can't even get a real person on the phone to figure out what the heck is going on. They have my correct name and address. I don't know what other info they need. At this point I'm considering I'm never getting my package.

      OnTrac has been stealing my packages for over a year now. Every time I ordered something online and if it is delivered by OnTrac, well good luck finding it because the employee of this company will ********** the package. I called the business that uses this carrier to warn them about this, but it seems like they don't care about this issue at all. **** good luck with the thieves from this company.

      This is the worst delivery service. I was home and received notification my orders were delivered CRAZY bc when I open the door there is absolutely nothing. I was told to call my shipper, I call shipper and they resent the same order for a second time! Days later I'm home and get notification of yet again my order being delivered STILL NOTHING. I call Lasership and ask why it's out for delivery in a city that is miles away from me then magically marked as delivered....an investigation was opened and I was told the driver would go back to the address he delivered to not once but twice in the town that is nowhere near my home. I order online regularly and i only have problems with ********* i have lived in the same location for years this company is an embarrassment.THIS CARRIER HAS ONE JOB...TO DELIVER PACKAGES IN A TIMELY MANNER IF THEY CANT DO THE JOB THEY SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!

      Have had three orders from three different companies all shipped through LaserShip in the past month. Every time, LaserShip will say it's delivered, but it will be nowhere to be found.
      They even attached a picture of a delivery once, and it was a house. I live nowhere near houses and in an apartment. Upon contacting LaserShip each time, they continually say there is nothing they can do and the contact the order company to have them send a replacement.
      I've also tried to to add instructions upon delivery, which have been ignored twice. This company does not listen to any instructions and never delivers products ordered through them.

      Lsership should get 0 stars and be out of business. I placed 2 big orders with Banana Republic and they were never delivered. My building has cameras and Lasership claimed they left packages in the lobby on 7/20/22 My leasing office checked the cameras and no one from Lasership came into building to deliver any packages. I contacted them and all they said is "contact the seller and they'll refund you, the CS representative kept saying "according to our records the packages were delivered " so there's nothing else we can do, and your case is closed. Frustrating and unbelievable to know they hire thieves. There's so many bad reviews online I cant believe this company is doing business with big retailers?
      I give them 0 stars, bad service, they are thieves!!!!

      Horrible service. Was supposed to be left at my door. Found the package laying in the grass only 2 feet from the road. And 60 feet from my front porch. This is beyond terrible delivery service. Could have been damaged or stolen as it was laying in my yard in clear sight from the road. Wish I could have rated a zero. Come on Fanatics you should find a better deliery service for your products!!

      This company is constantly delivering to wrong addresses and claiming “it was delivered” talk to seller. They have no accountability and Adidas says.. well shipper says it was delivered so there’s nothing we can do.
      This company has no quality of standards and will never admit their drivers sometimes keeps the packages and claim delivery. There is no system to prove it was delivered. They should not be allowed to do business.
