      I would give ZERO stars if I could. I've had many issues with LaserShip for several packages coming from different companies. This time, after not receiving any package update for several days on my already delayed package, I called customer service & was told an investigation would be opened, if it did not arrive within two business days to call them back.
      After those two business days I decided to call the facility it was last scanned at. The woman I spoke with was extremely unprofessional & rude. She screamed at me saying she walked through the whole warehouse, they lost my package & that I would need to call the shipper to receive a refund. She then hung up on me. I immediately called back, same woman answered. I politely asked to speak to a manager & the screaming began again. She tried to tell me she wasn't rude, that her manager would tell me the same thing (obviously, that's protocol. but I didn't appreciate the disrespect from this woman). As expected, the manager did tell me the same information but also said (her words) "your package was unfortunately just one of the probably 20 packages that get lost here daily" DAILY!?! If ONE facility is losing about 20 packages DAILY, shouldn't that raise some concerns??
      Anyway, I can't believe this company is still operating. They have bad reviews on the BBB, Google, & many other sites (no wonder!) LaserShip claims to be trusted by many large companies and brands, but if those in charge of distribution/shipping services at these companies saw how awful the reviews were, I would hope they would choose to cut ties with LaserShip. LaserShip employees have clearly created a negative image for the company. I encourage everyone to reach out to the company you bought from, and provide feedback specifically on the carriers they choose to ship with. Be sure to bring up LaserShip's ratings, and with that, how you feel your experience and the ratings do not support that company's specific brand image/mission.

      This is the single worst delivery I have ever had in my entire life, and I've been buying things off the internet since well before Amazon ever existed. My package took 2 days to get from ****** ** to OnTrac in ********* **, and that's where it has sat for the last 7 calendar days. It was supposed to deliver on July 15 and here we are on July 22 and it still hasn't delivered. OnTrac's website advises each new day will be the delivery day, and with the coming and passing of that day, the delivery says "delayed" and that the next day will be the delivery date. I reached out to their chat support who advised me that they would "open a case" and "escalate" why my package was undelivered, and they would get back to me about the *** of my package. After being 7 DAYS late they still can't give me an *** on my package. Even after inquiring about picking it up locally, they informed me they would have to make a picking request with the warehouse and would get back to me with an *** on when I could pick it up. Of course that's nonsense and only a fool would believe that after seeing how they have handled my package thus far. I am genuinely convinced, after reading the plethora of other 1 star reviews, that OnTrac is actually just stealing packages with zero intent to deliver any of them. What an awful company.

      This has to be the worst delivery service around. I’ve had a couple things delivered by this company and every single time I have issues. They always emailing me saying things about needing more info about my address but the address is clear. I am not sure if the workers are lazy or if they’re stealing packages but I never receive packages that are supposed to be delivered by this company. The always seem to get “sent back” or “ tried to deliver but no one is home” which are all lies. This company needs to be investigated.

      Not sure at what point BBB actually intervenes but this company is terrible. Two packages claimed delivery - neither one delivered. Customer service opens an “investigation” which essentially is them sending a letter 4 days later that says “you claim the item was not received, our records show it was delivered. Contact your seller.” I’m not sure if they have ever actually delivered a package. From the reviews below it’s clear that this business needs to be shut down. Shame on large companies like Gap that continue to use this shipping agent - sacrificing customer satisfaction.
      Lasership needs to do better or be closed down!

      For the second time Lasership driver marks delivered in their phone yet, somehow, I never get the package. I work from home and have a door camera, purchased specifically because of my previous "delivered" package from Lasership, and there was no ringing of the bell and no video of the delivery occurring. I opened a dispute with them but doubt anything will come of it. And unfortunately the package was from Fashion Nova and they take responsibility for nothing and won't refund or resend my purchase. So guess who's out of their money and clothing with no help from anyone. No longer purchasing from FN since they won't change carriers.
