      If I could give LaserShip zero stars I would. They are the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. The drivers have repeatedly pretended they attempt delivery just so they don’t have to actually come to my apartment.((which is in a very busy part of NYC. They wouldn’t be going out of the their way at all.). This happened today with a package that contained necessary important medical supplies. When I call customer service it is extremely hard to actually speak to a human. When I finally do manage to get a rep, they are unhelpful. Today I received a bunch of a canned answers that had nothing to do with my issue. He either didn’t understand that there wasn’t actually a delivery attempt, or he didn’t care/pretended he didn’t understand. I’m not sure which is worse. I hope Amazon and any other company that uses LaserShip stops. Any other shipper would be an upgrade from Laserahip.

      I received an email that my package was delivered. The instructions for deliver state ..leave at front door . After tracking the package I saw a picture attached. The package was left at front gate . I quickly went to the front gate but no package to be found. It was only a matter of minutes and no one was on the sidewalks. Clearly the delivery person took the phone and the package . Reported it but have heard nothing but a canned note stating they are very busy and will get back to me as soon as they can

      I never recieved my package. I have items go to my P.O. box to avoid theft and because the front desk associates let me know everytime a package has arrived. I ordered from SHEIN and unfortunately they let lasership handle the delivery of my package. It was marked as delivered on the 12th, and I went later that week to pick it up. I spoke with the front desk associates as well as checked my email for a notification and there was no package. They check the back and their backlog of packages and it was nowhere to be found. I even saw that it was "delivered" at 9:30 am on the 12th, and they checked the log of packages that came in at that time and it was nowhere to be found. Thankfully Shein was able to resend my items. But I would be on HIGH alert if lasership is handling your package. And their investigation team in suspicious. They claim they will take 2 business days, and it's almost been 2 weeks. Again beware!

      Every time some company that I purchase from ships by Laser Ship I literally go into a panic attack mode. Got a text stating delivery was attempted but no one tried to deliver anything today. This happens every time I have a pkg being delivered by Laser Ship. I truly believe that the driver doesn't even attempt to deliver every other pkg - they just mark it as "attempted " so that the Seller which is Bath and Body Works this time, thinks Laser Ship is getting their packages delivered on time. Bath and Body Works: if u r reading this review, heed this advice and use another shipping company please!!!

      I have never heard of this company, but I can tell you now that I am NOT impressed. I ordered some items from Bath and Bodyworks. I am assuming that this was the lowest bid for a contract because for the past 4 days, when I am attempting to track the status of my package, it is telling me that "We're sorry but we were unable to complete your delivery. Please continue to check your tracking for real time updates" what does this even me? Either you can deliver it or not... this was received a total of four times. SO UPDATE. This joke of a company marked my packed as being delivered yesterday (7/22/2022) I checked my RING doorbell cam, my RING yard CAM and my ADT (hubby is retired Marine and in INTEL hence all of the devices) and I call BS, they LIED! How do they stay in business? BEWARE
      I made an online complaint to the company directly this was their response (generic and automated): Thank you for your inquiry regarding ******. We apologize for any frustration this delivery may have caused. We have placed this package under an investigation that should conclude within 2 business days. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue within that time. If, however, you do not receive your package in 2 business days, please contact your seller for further assistance. Please check www.lasership.com for the most updated tracking information.
      My response: Thank you. Your company has a very low rating, one star…..your business practice and ethical standards are horrifically shameful! An internal investigation is laughable! This is going to be nothing more than a coverup! This warrants a Federal Investigation! I’ve read the comments, 100s of them and this seems to be your baseline! What is there to look into? Somebody was dishonest, somebody lied. This is unacceptable. I would love to know what you are doing with all of that "missing" merchandise.

      The Charlotte North Carolina facility should be shut down ! This facility literally steals every package that comes from Nike or a sneaker company. I've had 5 pairs of shoes stolen once they arrive in Charlotte it immediately goes to exception and the shoes never ever make it to you. This company was on the news in December of 2021 for stealing packages and you would've thought they would have done something but nope sure enough your package will never arrive ! 5 packages really ? Like how are picking and choosing what to steal ! Children's place uses them to ship when I order my kids uniforms they always arrive but when I order sneakers they don't !

      I order some items from F21 like I always have done. I received an email stating it will come on a Wednesday then it’s said it’ll be delivered on the Monday before that Wednesday date, but it came on Sunday which I was as home alllllll day! I look outside of my door for my package that was not there, I called F21 they sent me a pic of the package at my door. Now I’ve been living here more than 2 yrs and have never had a stolen package, this is the first time EVER lasership was the delivery company and my package comes up missing!! I have heard TERRIBLE things about this company I believe the delivery person stole my package and lasership is NOT handling the situation professionally at all! Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this team. IF I ORDER SOMETHING AGAIN I WILL MAKE SURE LASERSHIP IS NOT THE COMPANY HANDLING MY PACKAGE!!!

      Lasership is undoubtedly the worst shipping company. Although any other shipping company can easily deliver my packages, lasership never can. I have to call them and the retailer 3 times before my package is delivered. I live in a busy suburban apartment complex that is easy to find and deliver to, this should not be an issue. Nor should I have to constantly contact a shipping company to actually deliver my package. They also do not offer any other way to get your package like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS do. No drop location or pick up at their offices. Do they send you any contact to let you know your package can't be delivered? Nope. Do they make it easy to update them and give them more information? Nope. Do they even let you know what the issue was? NOPE. It's actually terrible. I started contacting each retailer to complain and say they need to find a different shipping company. At this point this company is a scam of a shipping company.
