      Family Dollar on ******* ****** ***** ** *tore #8268, store manager is a lier, rude and very disrespectful to customers. The company is just as bad when you send an email, it needs to be addressed. That manager is very unprofessional, and has a very unapproachable attitude. She lied cause she didn't know how to answer a question, or understand people cards do decline, but that don't mean they committed fraud. That's called defamation to character, and could get you sued. These comments was made before other customers and employees. I want an apology and for her to be removed or reprimanded for her actions. As well as the head district manager to look at your complaints, and your camera's, before you band a customer from your store, which she had already done the day of the incident. You are a community run store, without this community your doors would close. Be careful how you handle your customers, reviews makes a difference in our community, it shows us how we are treated.

      I went to Family Dollar located at 14035 Puritas Ave in Cleveland, OH on 07/17/2024 at about 7:48pm. The older, heavyset white woman with glasses who was opening the safe at the front of the store aggressively told me twice to "LEAVE MY TOTE BAG, AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE!!" as if I'm going to steal because I am black. My tote bag had a pack of paper towels that I purchased at another store. When I told her I will not leave my bag at the front of the store and proceeded to leave, she could care less if Family Dollar was losing a customer but instead stated sarcastically and nonchalantly "OKAY, HAVE A GREAT DAY!" and continued opening the safe. Something needs to be done about this woman because not only is she causing Family Dollar to lose customers, but her behavior is very bias and racist, and she should not be in that position serving customers.

      This family dollar always out of bags for your items.. never restocking, employees very rude and ghetto
      also whoever the store manager is seems like an inside job with hiring family members i never see a hiring sign. This store needs to be shut down tired of everybody attitude

      Family Dollar does NOT take care of their customers! Every time I go in there for the sales I clip the coupons and it NEVER works! The manager refuses to give me the sale price even after I show it to him on the app. I took pictures today to make sure I got the correct price but couldn't find the coupons on my app. He took 10 minutes looking through my phone and his for the product and couldn't find it and still wouldn't make it right! I don't know if it is just him or the whole company but it is poor customer service and I won't be going back. All that we have in this town are Family Dollar and Dollar general. I will drive to the next town to get what I need before ever going there again. I live in ******** **.

      Double charged my debit card. The local store managers stated that they could not assist me and referred me to corporate. As one of the managers is a personal friend, I believe it. I contacted corporate and no one as responded to me a month later. I filed a complaint through BBB. They did not respond to BBB. I will now be filing a complaint with my state attorney general's office.

      I bought the wrong brand of ******* which was unopened and the cashier refused to do a refund or exchange for me. It was returned 30sec later after it was bought due to the wrong brand. Apparently she didn’t understand the refund or exchange policy. This was at the 257 E main st in ******** ** location . 6/16/24

      I was shopping at a family dollar on Martin Luther King Dr. ave in jersey city nj and a older worker that usually it’s at the door assaulted me at 7:30 pm on sunday

      This Family Dollar store has been saving money on the ink for receipts. For a long time it has been almost impossible to read the receipt because most of the characters are missing visible parts. It wasn't and issue until I purchased a phone card ***. It was impossible to read the numbers to the phone company C.S. person because it wasn't legible. They kept telling me it was an invalid *** number. I toke the receipt back the employee said they don't refund phone *** purchases and they couldn't verify the *** number. I use to frequent this store daily. That over with time to BOYCOTT.

      Today I go in for certain things, Most times no. They act like you may want to steal, I usually IGNORE Them. Today I am In line the white woman with white hair, and Iong blue dress behind me, she pulls out her phone,and is clicking away , taking pictures of what I am buying,
      I get pet food, frozen pizza, Frozen chicken,
      I had went to bank and had cash from my social security,
      Talk about a Tacky BITCH,
      This is A Public Store,
      I Believe,
      Not Private,
      And I Plan To Return,
      Unless It Becomes Segregated
      A Lot of People lost Their jobs When other Stores Closed ,
      But This Stores and it's Prudices
      Are allowed to Remain Open.
      Move this Store To Another Country, Then you can Keep People
      Out.

      IS A THIEF.
