  On April 19th, 2024. I came into Family Dollar to get aluminum pans for my nephew repass. I picked up some tools it to the register and was told that's not the right price as listed. She called her Supervisor over and he said no, they are in the wrong place that's why and I'm not honoring that price for those three pans and got very loud and called me a B..ch. I recorded him but every time I called Corporate no one answered...

  They are using false advertising on prices to get you to grab the item then when you get to the register, the price is way more then what the price shows. When asked to go look to see that the price they rang up for was wrong, the lady at store *****, says that’s my section I’m not getting flagged for it you can just leave my store. As we continue to purchase the items ask for corporate's number she refused to give me the phone number and said she’s not getting in trouble for the prices being wrong that I can just leave. She was very rude and unprofessional, act like we were in the streets instead of a business. I have pictures to prove they were hanging under the price ***** and no where around did it say ****** We did purchase the items we needed but currently looking for corporates number to call. I shop here all the time and this lady was out of control over the whole situation.

  This is the third time that I have clipped coupons and can’t use them. I had several coupons totaling close to ten dollars. They are in part the reason that I chose the item. I was unable to redeem them because they said the system was down. First they checked their own coupon app. The girls then said “sorry” the system must be down. Family dollar now owes me more than *** ********

  Purchased some items on 4/2/2024 at Store # ****1, Decatur, GA. This store is going out of business. Went I got home I noticed on my receipt one of my items had been rung up twice. I had only purchased one of these items. It was not over ***** but it's the principal of it because everything adds up. I returned to the store a few days later and was told by the Cashier who was the same one who rung me up said they can't do any refunds because the store is closing. I understand no refunds, but this wasn't a refund. I was not returning anything. This was an error of being overcharged twice. She asked her manager, and she said due to the store going out of business we cannot do any refunds. She did apologize. So, the store overcharged me, and nothing can be done. Remember to always check your receipt before leaving a store.

  This store is price gouging they have their prices up way too high on certain items I went in 3/28/24 to buy a bottle of Bayer muscle and body asprin and it was ***** plus tax which is 5 dollars more than the original price so I purchased Tylenol 8hr is priced at **** so I bought those but these prices should not be this high given that this is supposed to be a dollar store.

  Why isn’t Family Dollar Roma Texas #***** Family Dollar Escobares Texas and Rio Grande City Texas listed on here?? I have a complaint to make about a bad employee and store experience in ******. Customers and employees don’t respect social distancing and don’t follow safety protocols.

  I brought cat food from your store located in Pennsauken NJ Route 130 and Browning Rd the young manager refused to accept my return the cat food was opened. I explained that the food is not what I normally buy it was changed without informing customer my cat didn't like the new brand.The young lady laughed about my age and walked away. Your online portal is a joke and your phone numbers are never answered I left three complaints with no return correspondence.

  They are got price on the shelf and when you go to the cashier it a high price I bought some snacks that on the shelf said $**** and when I looked at the receipt they charge me $**** for each one and this been happening for a while already, you calculate a different price in your hand, and when you want to register it doesn’t add up !!!!
