      Its *****. Denies pictures . Says they dont but I have proof they do. They need to get their stuff together . Nothing wrong with pictures and they get denied.

      This company has stolen so much money from me by their phones service I've paid Thousand of dollars into their phone system only to not get the amount of usage I've paid for I've yet to be reimbursed for the last 5/6yrs and I am fed up but I a stuck with this companies service that offer in ******* please help I'm an honest tax payer and this is highway robbery. Please help me to be treated fair for my hard earned money I want to be compensated and have issue resolved correctly.

      This is the WORST company to HAVE to deal with. They have cornered the market so we don't have any choice and are FORCED to use their service to talk to our loved ones. I have emailed the company 7 times in regards to their unnecessary updates they keep doing because they only make things not work. I have given them VERY specific problems that need fixed and I keep getting the same lame response without fixing or a resolution to fixing anything. I have sent hem emails telling them this and they continue sending me scripted emails that have absolutely nothing to do with my complaint, only telling me what the services are. I spend $600 a month on these services, I KNOW what the services are but won't fix the services not working properly. They tell me to call and press "0" but when you do that, it said this function has been disabled. The updates they do don't update anything but continue to take things away from what we are paying for. Everything was working fine and they decided to update in June and it hasn't worked right since. I really do wish Ohio had the same system as California but they feel more in control this way, taking things away from customers who actually contribute to their $23M a year profit.

      Telmate is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish 0 stars was an option. Their customer service is abysmal, and that's when you are able to even get through to anyone. Half the calls drop in the middle of the conversation for no reason. The service reps are idiots. It's mind boggling a company so inept can manage to stay in business.Save your money and your patience and avoid this company at all cost. It's difficult to tell if it's a fly-by-night fraud or just sheer incompetence, but Telmate is an awful organization.

      This company is scamming people out of money. I should have known it was odd when they asked for my credit card up front. I thought it was to verify my identity, but no. They charge you $49.99 up front FOR WHAT??? I have not received any phone time, and nowhere on the site does it mention the $49.99 charge up front, nor do they explain what it's for. I have emailed them to refund my money and have yet to receive a response. I will also be reporting this to my financial institution so they can help me recoup the money.

      This company is horrible. They literally treat you like trash because they know that they are the only company available. My phone wont accept calls and the agents are so rude. They do not care. They will hang up, mock you? Refuse to escalate your issue. I hate that this is the only method to contact my loved one. They are horrible. Also Im waiting for my refund

      I hate that I have to give this company even one star, but in order to leave a rating I have to. In one week I have deposited $135 on an inmates phone account. We have talked Maybe 20 times at best phone calls being roughly $2.00 in my state. We should have at least $90-$95 left, we are completely out of time. During this week we havent been able to talk at all for 3-4 days because the system is down Again and inmates are unable to make calls at all. I want my money back but contacting the company is a joke. On hold for 45 minutes just to be answered by a rude and unhelpful representative who then tells you that you cannot get a refund, when you ask for a manager they hang up on you. If you have the will to call back and wait yet another 45 minutes once you reach a manager you will be met with a huge hassle in order to get a refund which btw you only have 120 days to get a refund and with the list of requirements they give you, you wont be able to get it in time. They will not tell you all the things/steps needed during your initial first call they will conveniently disclose more and more documents needed each time you call back with the prior requirements until Conveniently youre past the 120 day time for a refund. Not only is my loved one experiencing this issue but other inmates are complaining of the same thing, but when youre in there you are vulnerable and powerless and this company takes advantage of and shamelessly exploits members of one of our most vulnerable populations. To use a company that claims to support connections between inmates and their families to scam people is *********** ******* had a class action lawsuit filed against them not one but twice, you will not find a single positive review about this company Anywhere yet they are still in business. Do Better.

      Horrible!! They cannot answer questions as they should They pass your call or rounding circles over and over again *********** is horrible They rip people off and don't provide their apps that are paid for and then turn around and tell you they're not the one that handles it and passes you want to someone else who then again passes you back the reception is horrible the updates ridiculously horrible this company is a zero
