      I do not find Moms in Motion to be timely in responses or communicative.The division manager has not bothered to respond by phone or email.

      ****** ******* has been with us for 8+ years. She has always ensured that we understand everything going on with our services, what works and what doesnt work when it comes to managing them. She shows up month after month without fail, never once have we missed a month in all these years because our visits are so valuable. My 3 year old says she is her best friend because she has seen her monthly since she was born!! She always submits our authorization request on time without issue and she communicates anytime something new is coming down the pike. Thank you to ****** and Moms In Motion for always being an amazing support to our family and always providing the help we need!!

      We have been using Moms in Motion for several years now. I would give a million stars to our Service Facilitator, ****** *. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I cant say enough about how much she has helped us and improved life for our son. The administrative side of *** is less impressive. It is clear that they are woefully understaffed but maybe all such agencies are? As long as ****** stays we stay too. And we greatly appreciate the way that Moms in Motion has and continues to advocate for all of us.

      I have no complaints about *** and my service facilitator ****** has been a gem recently finding out she loves less than 2 minutes from me . No matter when I call or send that text that I have a question she responds promptly and does everything she can to get an answer or fix the issue. We recently had an issue the day after Christmas altho MIM was closed ****** came right over and explained everything helping my attendees get everything squared away and paid. We appreciate her and MIM!!
