      I bought a food processor, after the third use making g bread crumbs the plastic part which engages the blade snapped. I paid over 50 $ for this unit,they only gave me a 12$ coupon.. not Good. I should have been reimbursed in full..

      I contacted Hamilton Beach regarding a defective toaster oven that I recently purchased and is still under warranty. They agreed to replace the unit but are requiring a $***** shipping and handling fee in order to receive the replacement. I disagreed with this charge and was told that no further recourse may be offered and that shipping fees cannot be waived or discounted, even though the defect is covered by their warranty. I feel this policy undermines the purpose of offering a warranty and is unfair to consumers. I should not be charged nearly $** to receive a replacement for a product that failed during normal use and is still under warranty. I am requesting that Hamilton Beach honor the warranty in full and provide the replacement unit without requiring a shipping fee.

Per the terms of our Limited Warranty stated in the use and care manual that accompanied the toaster at the time of the incident, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. We do not consider this complaint a reason to change our process at this time. Thank you.

      I contacted Hamilton Beach regarding a defective crock pot that I recently purchased and is still under warranty. They agreed to replace the unit but are requiring a $19.99 shipping and handling fee in order to receive the replacement.I escalated the matter and was told by the Consumer Affairs Escalation Team that no further recourse may be offered and that shipping fees cannot be waived or discounted, even though the defect is covered by their warranty.I feel this policy undermines the purpose of offering a warranty and is unfair to consumers.       **DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HAMILTON BEACH!**I am sharing my experience to warn others about the unacceptable service I encountered with this company. They lack a live agent, forcing all communication to be done through email, which is frustrating and inefficient. I placed an order on 5/15/25 and immediately emailed to cancel it just two minutes later. If I had taken the time to read the reviews before purchasing, I would have known better. I assumed a long-standing brand would have decent customer service; I was mistaken.After my initial cancellation request, I received no response, so I sent several follow-up emails. Eventually, I heard back from a customer service representative named ********, who responded condescendingly. She claimed that emailing more than once only complicates things and places my email at the bottom of the queue, completely ignoring my cancellation request.When my order finally arrived a week later, the coffee maker was wrapped in plastic, indicating it may have been previously purchased and returned. Upon opening the box, I discovered water underneath the plastic, which was unacceptable. I reached out to customer service, and ******** responded. I once again expressed my intent to return the product, only to be asked for the serial and model number with photo. This request made no sense, as I already clearly stated my desire to return the item. For two weeks, I have been caught in this frustrating back-and-forth regarding my return. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, ******** denied my request. Her unprofessional attitude and dismissive responses have been infuriating.Finally, after the 20th email, I pointed out that if I provided my order number, she should access the serial number and model number of my items. Isnt there a system designed for this? DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HAMILTON BEACH. ******** must be held accountable for her gross negligence and disregard for customer needs.

      DO NOT BUY ANY MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM HAMILTON BEACH EVER.We bought a refrigerator from ****** at the end of December, along with an extended 3-year warranty. Less than 6 months later, the upper section of the fridge has completely stopped cooling. When we contacted customer support, their response was infuriating they demanded a series of photos, including one of the rear of the fridge.This is a large, heavy appliance and pulling it out just to get a rear photo is both unreasonable and unnecessary, especially since weve already provided all relevant details. Still, they refused to move forward without it.Honestly, my biggest mistake was trusting Hamilton Beach and not going with a reliable brand like Whirlpool or *******. Absolutely unacceptable experience terrible product and even worse customer service.

      Terrible customer service and products! I purchased a toaster oven at ********** in DEC and by March it broke. I filed a claim with them directly, huge mistake! We are now in April and i am still waiting on a replacement. They are the worst at customer service and i should know better than to buy this brand again. Dont buy Hamilton Beach!

      I purchased a stand mixer from Hamilton Beach Brand as a Christmas gift to myself (I should have purchased on April 1st instead).The mixer failed after the 4th use and I sent HB emails and called their customer service multiple times to no avail. (I brought the mixer online from ******. ****** offered me a refund if I returned by a certain date which I missed due to illness. I must commend ****** for their business integrity!)I knew the warranty had expired so tried to find a repairer of small household appliances: apparently this is a lost trade: the money is in repairing only large appliances. So I reached out to *** to inquire if they could repair or refer me to a repair company. I was informed that they dont do repairs or referring.If taking your money for selling subpar products had a picture it be: HAMILTON BEACH BRANDS, *** in huge black letters!This company is literally ripping consumers off and are not being held accountable to any agency or law.When their products were made on American soil you couldnt ware them out and it was the same if you owned a ****** Sewing machine!WE/AMERICANS DONT MAKE ANYTHING!!

      I purchased a flexbrew coffee pot from Hamilton Beach about 6 months ago, and also purchased the additional warranty which doesnt cover anything until after 12 months! This has been the WORST experience I have ever had!! I have been without my coffee pot for over a month now because of the poor customer service that your company provides! I will also NEVER purchase another Hamilton Beach appliance and I will definitely let everyone I know about this experience so that they dont have to go through the same awful process I did!! It does no good to purchase the additional warranty either! Such a waste of time and money!!! The worst experience!!

      Regarding their 2 slice brushed aluminum toaster - model ***** - It's one thing to make a toaster that doesn't last a long time but it's another thing to make one that gives off noxious fumes from plastic that falls apart and melts within the toaster after only 5 years of ownership.
