      If it was possible to give a zero I would. I've enjoyed my Hamilton Beach coffee makers over the last decade, but my recent purchase of a ********* coffee maker left me unimpressed. The unit had trouble operating from the get-go, and was approximately 2 months old . Upon reaching out to the manufacturer, I found out that Hamilton Beach's **************** is all online with no human interaction. I had to fill out a form including serial number, model number and submit it online The response email stated that it could take up to 2 weeks to get any reply, Ridiculous, especially when you drink coffee on a daily basis. I finally received an email after approximately one week, stating that the unit would be covered under warranty, but they would not pay for shipping. I found that unacceptable as all other times I've ever had to deal with a customer service replacement freight or shipping was always included in the transaction. Their unwavering commitment to not paying for shipping led me to purchase a different brand from another supplier that astonishingly, included free shipping...Smh

Per the terms of our Limited Warranty, stated in the use and care manual that accompanies the subject coffeemaker, the consumer is responsible for the shipping of the product. We do not consider this complete a reason to change our policy at this time. Thank you.

      Hamilton Beach 6-Slice Black Stainless Steel Toaster Oven , the door design handle on the right side by mistake I burn my hand , the door handle should be like the rest side to side , so I have to return it and get different one

      ***. I thought I was the only unsatisfied customer with ******************************************* Poducts!! but given the feedback here and all the other complains it is not surprise now. BUYER BEWARE !!!I am writting here to let others knoe about the unprofessioanl service and useless warrantee that Hamilton Beach offers. I bought a toaster that was defecrivce, contacted hamilton beach who validatred that it is still under warrantee and that they will send me a new one. HOWEVER, I had to pay $29.99 for shippng and handling for my replacement toaster !!! (value $35) what useless warrantee does this give me !contacted customer service multiple times, dealing with someone by the name of ***** She told me to escalate and send an email. I did, The email ended up in her inbox and she responded with the same answer that she had given me previously !!what a waste of customer service and more importantly of my time.Just letting you all know so that you do not face the same shock.

      $50 Waffle maker failed right out of the box. The notion of paying $30 for shipping is ridiculous. What if the replacement is faulty? Do we just keep paying shipping until we get one that works.This product is junk, litterally! Part of the warranty is that we cut off the plug and dispose of the appliance. Going forward We will not be purchasing anything from Hamilton Beach.

      Apparently Hamilton Beach believes it is acceptable to sell junk and if you want something that works it's going to cost more. That is why I won't be buying any more Hamilton Beach. I WILL be supporting ****** ***** as they stepped up and gave a refund.

      Hamilton Beach said I won a contest (air fryer) to fill out the information and they would send me one. When I filled out the form I received a message back that they were sorry but I did not win. What is wrong with them. Will never purchase from them.

      An inadvertent email was sent informing people they had won a sweepstakes for an air fry and grilling oven. It included a one-time use code to redeem for the product. An email went out to inform the recipients of the internal error, and a 20%+free shipping code was provided by way of apology.

      I bought a hand held mixer for my daughter as a gift and she didn't open the box until she need it, about 30 days later. the mixer was there but there were no beaters. Hamilton stated that they could not help me because it had been too long before reporting this. I would no buy anything by Hamilton Beach in the future. There service is terrible and the fact that they wouldn't make right the problem I had with the one I bought. Deserves 0 stars, but that is not an option.

In August, a representative explained that missing parts claims can only be fulfilled within 30 days of purchase with the sales receipt from credited retailers. Outside of this timeframe missing parts will need to be purchased. We do not see a reason to change our policy at this time. Thank you.

      Buyer beware.I bought a crockpot that I really couldn't afford but thought it would be helpful. It was defective and cracked and scratched after 4 uses. Hamilton Beach agreed it was defective and stated they would exchange but I had to pay s&h.I'm a senior citizen on a very ********** and didn't feel the fees were my responsibility. After filing a complaint with BBB Hamilton Beach refused to adjust their return policy and BBB sided with them.Don't buy from Hamilton Beach unless you're certain you have free returns.If I could give them zero stars I would.I will never buy another Hamilton Beach product.

      id give one 0 stars if i could, bought a mixer, whisk attachment broke first use. trying to get ahold of them is a nightmare, website/phone line runaround, just for them to completely ignore me after 3 emails. the mixer isnt anything great but i thought they were a good brand. i could not have been more wrong. i will NEVER again buy from hamilton beach. disgusted in their company.

      I am perplexed by Hamilton Beach's decision to charge me for shipping a second replacement crockpot, considering the first replacement occurred within a year due to a defective lid and the current issue with heating. The initial replacement was shipped free of charge, yet I am now being asked to pay. Moreover, the original model is discontinued, limiting my options to either a smaller unit or upgrading at an additional cost. I asked for management number and have since been ignored. I called their phone and got a recording. I just dont understand why we have to pay the cost of shipping if it's their fault for crappy product twice!!! AND IM SETTLING

      I would give a zero if I could. I entered a sweepstakes through hamilton beach. I received an email saying I won the giveaway with instructions on how to redeem the prize, however it did not work. When I reached out to Hamilton Beach via email the simply replied they made a mistake and I did not win. This is unacceptable!
