      I've only had my flexbrew coffee pot for less than 2 months and it's not working right. The single serve pod side will not give me the size of coffee selection. Hardly any water comes through and i even cleaned it. I contacted the company because I bought it from them and they said it's not under warranty anymore. I bought it on January 31 of this year. They didn't ship it until February 8th so I haven't had it a month. Oh but they did say they would give me 15 % off another one. They will not stand behind their products.

      I ordered a replacement tank reservoir for my Hamilton Beach 6 cup brewmaster model 48274. The part was $9.99, but with tax & shipping ended up $21.40. It will not fit on my coffee maker, even though it's advertised specifically for my model. I tried calling them, but only ever got hung up on by a robot who told me to go to the website. So I did. I jumped through all kinds of hoops, providing more than enough proof to show how their design difference would not allow their spare part to fit. I told them they should have made it known there was a difference in the design.. It should have stated that on their site. After several back and forths, photos of the part, the label, the bar code, the packing slip, (there wasn't one), I even put extra photos showing how the old reservoir fit, compared to the new one - it didn't; and how the old drip valve was designed compared to the new one, as well as a photo of the model number on my machine. After fulfilling their last request, they sent me a message saying they don't give refunds for shipping, and they also don't give refunds if a package has been opened. It's not ok that they robbed me of $21.40, through no fault of my own. I don't have the energy to kick up too much a fuss, but I can at least try to warn off some other people about them, and their appalling approach to customer service.

      After seeing my review here, Hamilton Beach sent me a return shipping label and instructions for returning the part for an "evaluation". It was brand new. I sent it back. It was delivered on 2/11, or perhaps sooner. I didn't check for a few days. They issued me a refund in the amount of $11.20, which was neither the cost of the part, with or without tax, nor the cost of the initial shipping, so it was a sum that made no sense to me. I was glad to get the return shipping label, but I didn't realize I would not be issued a full refund. Seeing as how I spent $21.40, yet only got back $11.20, I don't feel completely satisfied, but it's better than nothing, and frankly, more than I was expecting.

      Please note: I can only rate as per my recent experience. Excellent outstanding customer service!Within two days of submitting a warranty claim, we have a replacement enroute. No fuss, no hassle. Greatly impressed with ********.service.If this is the typical response from this company, I have every intention of promoting and supporting Hamilton Beach.

      I have ********* attempts to reach out about my order. I ordered on 11/18/2022 and have not received my product yet. I have not even received and email with a tracking number meaning it hasnt been sent out yet. I have paid my money and my first inquiry of my order has been ignored. No one is reaching out and they dont give us an option to call. I feel this is poor customer service to not update me on anything about my product but the funds have already been pulled from my account. I would like a response as soon as possible about my order. I paid $15.40 for shipping to wait almost over a month for my product. They dont respond to the emails you send.

      I purchased a Hamilton Beach toaster in May of 2022. 4 months later it is not working and I filed a warranty form on line but have not received a response. When you call customer service there is no representative to speak to. The recording tells you to file your warranty request online. I have never had an issue like this with any other company in the past when filing a warranty request. It's time that someone takes them to court considering all the complaints that have been filed and there are probably a lot more by people who are just not contacting the BBB about their issues. The company is receiving our money for the products we purchase but we have a nonfunctional product that is under warranty and we are out our money. That's it for me ever buying a Hamilton Beach product again.

      Their dual coffee pot will stop working correctly after just a few issues. They state that the delivery system is clogged and you need to take a paper clip to clean all needles which the water flows through. Well I am on coffee pot #2 and they both have not worked right. I make a single cup and two ounces will flow into the main reservoir even after cleaning the needles per their instructions. Its a lot of money for a product that does not work correctly and actually is a hassle.

      I purchased a Hamilton Beach microwave and immediately was dissatisfied with the Keypad. The numbers are light against a dark background, and the Start and Stop buttons are not visible at all without a flashlight. In spite of that, I continued to use it until it just quit working 34 days later. The difficult-to-see Keypad just quit working. I could reset the clock, which would reset itself back to **** within 3 minutes. Hamilton Beach doesn't even list a MODEL # for the product, it's simply Hamilton Beach 1.1 Cu., **** *****. It turns out Hamilton Beach does not MAKE any of their products, they are outsourced to questionable manufacturers! Save your money and buy from reputable brands!

      IBBB Org - if you have any moral responsibility to take down this Hamilton Beach junk business, please do so immediately. This Beach company is intentionally bastardizing the entire customer service experience. They are simply NOT helping their customers - just bidding around the **** by all means of communication systems available to today's date. They are also demoralizing the North American civilized processes. Please DO something from your end. I will take them on ******* soon! Enough is enough!

      I brought induction cookplate that didn't work properly and I tried to call the company no way to do that they say I have to go email I did still waiting and brought insurance but product warranty is not over so now I am just waiting at least 3 weeks I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy terrible
