      I bought a hamilton beach two slice toaster. It worked good for two months and then quit working. Hamilton Beach does not have any telephone support. I called them and you get a recording telling you to email them. However they still have not anwered my email.I bought the toaster from Amazon and it was two weeks past the return date, so they would not do anything either. My last toaster a different brand lasted fifteen years. I guess Hamilton Beach only makes theirs to last two months.

      We bought a microwave in 2021 and our microwave melted from the top inside. I got ahold of ******* and they got ahold of the manufacturer and they did not respond at all for this matter! As what I was told by ******* they will not refund or replace the microwave. People be careful with these microwaves! If I could I would post a picture.

      Hamilton Beach microwaves are a licensed product. We ask that the the consumer provide the model number of the unit so we can appropriately direct them, as Hamilton Beach does not handle this matter. Thank you.

      My young granddaughter, who loves to bake, bought a Hamilton Beach stand mixer model #***** with her own money. About 14 months later ( when the it was out of warranty) the plastic bottom separated from the stainless steel bowl. The metal piece on the plastic bottom and the bottom of the bowl were all rusted. I contacted Hamilton Beach about getting a new bowl, but they said they were not yet available. They took my information and said that I would be contacted when the new bowl was available. I never was. Thinking that maybe my granddaughter had not taken proper care of the bowl, we bought her another mixer for Christmas. In the meantime we bought the same model for ourselves and were very careful not to let the bottom of the bowl get wet on the outside. Then, after 14 months our bowl did the same thing, so we decided that it must be a design flaw in the bowl and contacted the company again. I was offered a discount on a new mixer, but what I wanted was 2 new bowls because we had 2 perfectly good mixers that were unusable. I was thanked for my input about the design flaw - period. I am very unhappy with Hamilton Beach for their inadequate attention to our problem. *********************

      I ordered a coffee pot to replace a broken one because all the products that they make are cheap in quality, I ordered the pot, they sent me the pot and then opened the package to find it was wrong! When I sent a email, they got back and said I ordered the wrong one! I know how to use a computer, ideally they do this to make money from the public! Scammed by a company who hides behind computer s because they Scammed anyone and everyone!! Still waiting for a refund after they received the package from ****

      I purchased a Blender that NEVER worked, I have recently wrote two letters to the Company's CEO ********************************, requesting that the company replace my Blender. The Company has refused to replace my Blender. I have also filed a Complaint with the ************************** in ********. I have copies of my letter that I can send to the BBB for review. I am asking for your help!

      We are sorry to hear of the consumer's trouble. The consumer purchased a blender in 2018, it stopped working in 2023. Five years exceeds the limited warranty that is noted in the use and care manual accompanied with the product at the time of purchase. This has been explained to the consumer. Furthermore, Hamilton Beach does not see a reason to change our policy at this time. Thank you.

      I purchased a blender specifically to make milkshakes and how hard could that be? Well, according to Hamilton's customer service, it's me who can't mix ice cream and milk and push a button! Seriously? How about the product stinks? Never buy another product from Hamilton again. Yes a cheaper price for a VERY cheap product that is only good for the trash!!

      I use to buy these products all the time. Won't be anymore! I have bought 2 Flex brews in about 3 years. not working right constantly leaking. I have E-mailed and called never an answer 5 year warranty my ****. very poor product and even poorer customer care. Bye!

      I ordered a $25.00 replacement bowl for a HB food processor which I paid almost $12 for shipping. The bowl came broken and HB would not provide a return shipping label to return the defective bowl. Communication was through emails and the phone numbers on the website was not a viable number. It would have cost me another $10 to return the bowl in order to get the refund. Basically a break even for a product I couldn't even use. Would never buy or recommend a Hamilton Beach product again after being a customer for many years.

      Product is subpar and customer service is shady and unhelpful. I had my flex ************* than one year when the carafe broke. I thought itd be no problem to just order a replacement. NOPE. The one I needed was out of stock so I ordered the only option available. Price was fine until shipping but its not available ANYWHERE else. All that hassle and it didnt even fit. I contacted customer service and sent it back however I had to pay for the return shipping and the new carafe that still wasnt in stock by the way.After emailing customer service about the one I needed being out of stock (for the second time) it magically became available 8 hours later (previously they said there was no projected restock date). Its shady to me that it only became available after I complained twice and asked them to just replace my entire unit. I finally got a carafe that fit (GREAT!) but now its been two weeks and Im still waiting on a refund for the one I returned. **** says it was delivered days ago. Also my flex brew single serve side has now stopped working properly (again less than a year old!)If anyone is ever in the market for a coffee maker, just choose literally ANY other brand.

      The refund was given AFTER I put this review and AFTER I emailed customer service multiple times. Unfortunately they did not refund me the full amount. I paid over *** but they refunded me a mere ******
