    My encounter with GreenBrilliance LLC was uneventful. Although the solar panel installation was satisfactorily finished, there were some annoying scheduling and communication problems. Furthermore, not long after installation, I had a small problem with one of the panels that needed to be fixed with a follow-up visit. But the team listened to my worries and quickly resolved the problem. Although I'm happy with the outcome overall, the customer service may use some work.

    Terrible company! **** and ****** are the worst when it comes to communication. They certainly over promise and way under deliver! They do not respond to emails, phone calls or text messages. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my whole life. Seems they just take peoples money and have no regards for what happens. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY.
