1 starRed flags went up for me when the salesperson called. She started her spiel by asking me my age and asking whether I needed any home improvement done. She said that the government provided her company with relief ( I assumed she meant grants) for people who struggled with high power bills. That hooked my interest, as she went on to say that this "program" would provide $10,000 for the participant to use on guttering, roofs, kitchen and bathroom updates. In the meantime, I asked the name of the company, looked them up on my laptop, and only then did I realize she was selling solar panels. I may be 74, but I have some sense. I don't appreciate long sales pitches that are designed to trick people into buying a product which costs several thousand dollars.Review fromAllison B

1 starGreen Brilliance's support is horrible, they show up at our house unannounced, they do not educate their customers, and they do not advocate to ************** companies on your behalf. Because of their negligence and our inexperience, we have lost out on the revenue from over 6 months of produced electricity from our solar panels in the last 18 months. Terrible customer service. Make sure to Negotiate with them on the overall price for over 1 month, and then just teach yourself how to maintain your own solar panels if you are planning on buying from them.Review fromDiane M

1 starWe had this company install our panels and a new power box . All seemed well until I went to cut off the powet to install a new appliance and low & behold the power is still on for this piece. I tried a variety of switches to no avail. I called the rep and he contacted them and told me that there isn't anything they could do. THEY installed it they should KNOW what SWITCH it takes to turn OFF a line!! So now I have a dishwasher sitting here that I cannot install unless I turn off the WHOLE house!Review fromSamuel S

**Updated Review**
GreenBrilliance has stepped up their support game, a lot.
They hired an active/engaging customer support specialist (Adam J S*****) that has resolved the issues I had with GreenBrilliance directly. He also hounded and went to bat for me (the consumer) with the equipment vendor (Enphase).
Enphase's notification system (email/sms/push) never worked for my issues. I attempted direct communication with Enphase to resolve and it was quite fruitless. Then, the GreenBrilliance specialist ACTIVELY represented me with Enphase, and through his tenacity, was able to get a conference call with several of there management personnel. After several tests and many communications, communication failure notifications are working and they have identified and committed to resolving the production failure notifications during Q4 2023.
Though I'm still waiting on Enphase to resolve their notification issues, I now have confidence again in GreenBrilliance for their value, quality and customer service.

Once permits were ok'd by the city, the installation took only 6 or 7 hours for my house. That's impressive. Some permits plans take longer than others, but it's worth it.GreenBrilliance LLC
