    The quality is garbage. Couldn't be more frustrated with the hand off to Carolina carports and the garage doors that were installed. They are misaligned as can be to the point I have to stomp the living fire out of them to get them to shut down all the way. If I would've known I was going to get some junky waste of money roll up doors instead of sectional I wouldn't have even gotten this building. Gets me heated every time I go through it. 0/10 wouldn't recommend.

    Ordered 2 carports, so far so good. I had purchased one before in 2016 that had to be cut down to an irregular size to meet local code. They also cut to level the top because I wanted to keep the slope of ground for drainage. It turned out nice. Hope I get same results

    I had thought this business was a stand up place of business and then when I canceled my order due to the time frame of delivery of my order. It has now been a week and my money still has not been refunded.
    I’ve been told three times now that my refund would be processed today or tomorrow and that Alan would be taking care of the refund on Friday. Still no refund. This is not only bad business. It’s poor customer service that would make me NOT recommend this POB to anyone else.

    Your website made it easy to get an idea of what it would cost to replace my damaged carport. I enjoyed using your create your own model. Seeing what it would look like, mix and matching colors of sides and roof metal and getting a price total as I went through the different options was great. I spent hours trying to find metal carports and made several calls to local companies and never got a call back. Your price was right in line with the insurance company replacement estimate with the added bonus of free delivery and installation.
    The only contractor I could get to come out and do an estimate wanted $10,000 to replace the carport, way over insurance coverage.
    Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

    During the ordering process, I had a slope to contend with. After a few emails, I was assured it was within parameters. I ordered understanding 30 - 45 days to install. I received a call to schedule install after 7 days of order. I would have loved to install then except funding is not quite in place. So, it is now listed to be on their next run with an understandable unknown date.
    This means that the Order Date and Confirmation has a significant influence with when they deliver. This is total business.
    I have nothing but respect for the dealings to date. Looking forward to completion in a month or two. All within expected announcements.
