    Only concern was not being notified of the installer details upon install date setup.. This would have stopped some misunderstanding.

    The service was great. The agent was very knowledgeable about the buildings and their structure. She was very polite and willing to help and she gave a sense that she really cared that the customer received the best service possible.

    The ordering process was very straight forward. I did have to call to have a lean to added to the structure as the 3D builder is not able to do that yet. They were very helpful on the phone. Can't wait to get my concrete poured so we can get this structure up!

    We purchased a carport a couple of years ago. the process was smooth. User friendly on the website, and punctual. We were in Hurricane Ian (direct hit) and it was a devastating Hurricane! After 22 hours, we were able to go outside and access the damages. Our carport was STILL STANDING! Not a dent on it! Did not move! I am so pleased with the quality and stability of their product! I recommend anyone needing carports, garages, ect to check Alan's Factory Outlet out!

    Excellent communication and prices that are extremely good. From order to build completion was less than 30 days, with excellent results. If I need any additional metal building Alan's will be my first contact.

    Order a building in 2019 had a zoning issue with electrical company had to go in front of committee to try to resolve issue then COVID 19 happened and everything shut down let company know of issues was told that price might be higher if building was postponed for much longer agreed to pay difference when finally resolved. finally resolved issue reached out to company to find out when they can erect building. was told they cancelled the order and down payment would not be refunded. Was never contacted about cancellation so currently out $1461.58 in down payment and $5200 for dug out footers so great company
