    If you need to use ID.me it provides an easy way to accomplish it. It walks you through the process. Allows for changes to information. Surprising easy to use. I thought I was unsuccessful even after doing what I thought I had to do but it turned out that I was successful.

    The staff is extremely helpful and professional. It's especially good considering everyone pushing for AI across all platforms. I prefer live interaction as opposed to AI. Nothing beats the human touch.

    I couldn't believe it was so easy. In my mind I just knew it was going to be difficult but I was pleasantly surprised. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. The document upload is simple as taking a photo. It will ask you if the image you took was clear or blurry. If it is clear you hit the button and off to the next. Took a picture of the front and back of my driver's license. Gave them my Social Security number and before I knew it it was done. You get an email from them verifying it. Oh and you give them your email address as well. They prompt you step by step with no worries.
