This company waited 2 weeks to ship my order- only after I emailed asking where it was. They immediately shipped it because I asked for a refund. I get the package- and it is wrong. I ordered 8 by 15 bubble pouches on May 2nd. There was no movement on my order, so on May 24th, I asked for the order to be cancelled via email.
Instead of cancelling, the item was shipped. I received 8 by 11 bubble pouches. I have reached out to customer service 3 times with no response. I have tried ********* no response. I have called, and the number says email customer service.
I want a refund for the incorrect items that were sent.

I searched for a product i needed online, came across this site which had what i needed, looked up the item online, compared prices, decided to buy. Emailed for shipping quote on the 6th, needed the item so i purchased the item on the 7th. didn't get an email back from the quote email but did get a receipt. Item with tracking info online never updated past in production. Emailed on the 13th, asking about status. got a response about ordering from the manufacturer, a ***** day lead time and misc stuff. emailed 2/13, 3/1, 3/27 got responses on waiting for the online tracker to update the status . On 5/2/23 I decided to contact the actual manufacturer of the product in question and they said the order was placed but the item in question was discontinued and the order was cancelled to usafleetsupply on 12/30. I have never received a refund or any contact saying it was cancelled.Customer Answer

I ordered u-bolts and hardware to secure on 4/6/2023, on 4/13/2023 I sent an email requesting status to which the only messages I received was initial order processing, a second email moved to shipping on 4/13/2023. It's 4/19/2023 and still haven't received a shipment conformation or message reply. They advertise shipping within 3-5 business days.Customer Answer

On 3/15/2023 I ordered four oversize load signs, four white reflective DOT tape strips, and one roll of red reflective DOT tape. I got an email that same day saying that my order was in processing and packing, with tracking information. On 3/16/2023 the total amount of the invoice, $147.62, was deducted from my checking account. On 3/21/2023 I received a box from USA Fleet Supply with two of the mesh oversize load signs and the four white reflective strips, but it was missing the other two oversize load signs and the roll of red reflective tape. The packing slip only showed the items that were in the box and was marked "ctn 1 of 1". I emailed the company immediately asking about the status of the remainder of my order. I got a response the next day saying the remaining items were reordered and would be expedited to me ASAP. As of 4/9/2023 I have not received anything. I have emailed the company 6 more times and have not gotten any response. I have called the customer service number multiple times, leaving messages on the voicemail twice but have not gotten any response from those. If these items are backordered, there has been no indication of that. Their lack of communication is very frustrating and suspicious.Customer Answer

On Thursday, April 20th, I received the oversize load signs with bungee cords on each end. I did not receive the roll of red reflective tape that I ordered. I have emailed and called the company about this but have not gotten a response.

Ordered a Top Sign for $247 on 1/30/23. Was told it was being processed and will ship within 5 business days, no problem. On February 9th I did not receive any confirmation or shipping info and I emailed for an update. I get a reply on 2/10/23 saying it will ship within 5-9 business days, no problem again. Fast forward to 2/21/23, sent another email and have received no response since then. I have sent several customer service inquiries, I have emailed customer service several times, and found a phone number and called 100 times with no answer, also leaving several voicemails. The business address is a PO Box, I found another address that is an apartment, *************** has a LinkedIn page that is as sketchy as the rest of this. USA Fleet Supply is either not a legit company, or they don't need to be in business. From what I have read here and other places there is plenty of evidence to bring criminal charges against this so called company. The fact that it is still up and allowed to operate is a joke. I ordered a radio antenna that ** Fleet Supply had advertised for sale on line. I received a vague email about my order being "moved to shipment". I have yet to receive my product. Two subsequent emails failed to generate a reply from US Fleet Supply. Calling their phone number does not connect with a human, a recording refers you to their website. The package ordered arrived after a lengthy time without much input from the business in question. I feel that this business doesn't perform in the best interests of both the customer and itself and participates in poor and borderline fraudulent business practices. In my opinion the buying public should be aware of this before sending them any money.

Order placed on 1/1/23, USA Fleet Supply order # *****. Got an email later on 1/1/23 that order had moved fr processing to packing. Had not heard anything by 1/15/23, ask for shipping update & why I got charged shipping (Their web site says free shipping on orders over $150, my order was $221.61), got an email saying order was in production (***** business days). As of today, 2/26/2023, still do not have my order, no refund or answer why got charged shipping, & no reply to 3 emails sent to ****************************************** this week. USA Fleet Supply does not list a phone number, all communication is via email.
