I placed an order from USA Fleet Supply on September 7th, 2023 and have yet to receive the bulk of this order. There is no contact phone number listed that is actually answered by a person. Nor is there an option to speak with a person. The number listed goes to a recording advising to use the contact form on the website. This contact form is largely ignored by the customer service representative Mr **************** who also happens to be the president of the company. *********** also largely ignores emails sent to him as replies to the limited number of emails that he has responded with. I do understand that mistakes are made and in my case my order as it was originally shipped out had the wrong name and address on the shipping label. This order was returned to USA Fleet Supply and supposedly re- shipped to me on October 2nd, 2023. I have included some of our email exchanges with this complaint. I believe that you will see that on October 2nd *********** advised me that he was shipping the remaining items in my order to me. He advised me that this remaining balance of my order would be expedited to me. As of today October 17th I have yet to receive this order. I have tried several times since the 2nd of October to contact USA Fleet Supply about what may of happen this time with my order. No replies from ************ nor anyone else. I would like for the last items in my order to be delivered to my address as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with USA Fleet Supply in ******** on 8/17/23 for 32x32x32 corrugated boxes (5 **) for $51.49. My order (Order number *****) has shown "in shipping" since I made the purchase almost 6 weeks ago now. I've reached out several times and ***************, the President provided explanations for the delay (the first manufacturer was out of stock so he contacted another manufacturer to who had the boxes in stock) and promised several times to provide the shipping / tracking data from the manufacturer. That tracking data never came nor did the product. I either want the tracking data to show proof that the manufacturer has shipped my boxes or a refund. He stopped responding to me when I told him to either send the tracking data or refund my order. Any help would be greatly appreciated as they have no working phone and the only means of contact is via email, which he will not answer. Thank you. *****************************Customer Answer

Order ******* placed end of August 2023. pieces were on backorder per the first customer service email reply. Second response said they parts were in shipping on September 6th 2023. Upon logging into the site to view the order update, they canceled the order, and as of today, no refund has been issued.

On 6/16/23 I placed a order for 7 flags, order ID ***** . Order includes the following: SDFLNA flag 3 x 5 Navy 2 each. SSFLNA flag 3x5 Navy Strike Force 2 each. SFLTHV flag 3x5 Thank A ***** each. Each flag was $8.39, Total for flags $58.73. Shipping $10.75. Total charge $63.61. Two months later on 8/17/23 received a partial shipment which included SFLTHV thank a vet 1 each. SSFLNA navy strike force 2 each. Still need SDFLNA navy 2 each. SFLTHV thank a vet 2 each. Packing list appears incorect on what was shipped. On 8/28/23 sent email to ****************************************** about my partial order and never received a reply. On August 22nd, 2023 I ordered 30 x 383384UB - Redline 3/8" x 3-3/8" x 4-1/4" Square Zinc U-bolts, ************** from USA Fleet Supply website. The order's status changed to "In-Shipping" August 24, 2023. It has since stayed in that same status through this morning and I have sent multiple emails to their customer service and left several voicemails. The phone number they provided on their website has no one picking up. I did have a few emails that I had a response to with from *************** but the last communication I had with him was August 24th.Their website advises that in-stock items should ship within 1-3 business days and we are well past that point. I need these for a project with my employer and I simply want what I paid for and/or a refund if they do not have the items in stock.Customer Answer

I ordered a van ramp from them in Nov 2022. They promised ***** day delivery time. Initially they had responded to my emails after it was evident that the lead time wouldnt be met. I continued to follow up with them throughout the year and didnt get any response. 2 weeks ago i emailed them to ask for a refund and didnt hear back. I just checked on my order through their website and it says its been cancelled but i havent receieved a refund.
