      Just like the previous comment, I wish I had read these reviews. I ordered several decals for our truck and after a month I was finally sent a tracking number. When I received the envelope in the mail a few weeks later it was only half the order. There was no second tracking number and I never received in now 2 months after ordering. This was the simplest order and they totally botched it. Never again - stay away!

      I wish I had read the comments on this web site before I ordered from USA Fleet Supply. I ordered 4 throw rugs on July 23. The only response I got was that my credit card was charged and they sent me an email. I left a message on their message site and there was no response. I contacted them again on August 21 and received a reply that my order had been updated from "in shipping to shipping". I check the tracking number and it looks like the shipment was to have been here on August 31, but wasn't. When I checked the tracking it looks like it is supposed to arrive on September 3. At this point I am wondering if it will arrive and if it will be for the item I ordered. I can't imagine trying to return something to this company. I certainly would not order anything from this place again ever.

      Total scammers!! You will place an order on either their usadrivesafe or usafleetsupply website and get no product! Theyll respond to an email once, saying the item is in production, and apologize for the lengthy delay. But as soon as you ask for a refund you are ghosted! DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER SITE!

      This company flat-out steals from unsuspecting customers!! I ordered July 1 2023 and my account was immediately debited. I have never received my order and cannot get a refund! I have contacted them numerous times over the past year and have gotten the run-around over and over. Can I give them zero stars? SHAMEFUL!!!

      Same experience as other reviewers. I ordered an item in March and they charged my credit card immediately. It has now been over a month and no product has been delivered. Plus they play a game in their customer service where they claim they have moved the item from 'in shipping' to 'shipping' but they don't provide a tracking number and it is clear the items have not nor will they ever ship. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is not a reputable company.

      Don't order from this company. Placed an order on Aug 12, 2023. Still have not received the order.Just now see all the bad reviews on BBB. Had not even thought about looking at BBB before I ordered. Very Disappointed.

      I ordered from this company before I read the reviews, became a little worried so I sent a email asking to please be a good experience so I can leave a good review, the next day my package arrived. All in all I received my order in 1 week, very happy. Only 4 stars because it still says it hasnt shipped yet lol.
