      Place an order with this company on 12/4/2023 for some cb radios antennas! You can not get them to reply on their website or will they answer the phone! I have tried their on line order status multiple times, multiple days, multiple weeks but still no answer! After reading all their reviews on the bbb website I have come to the conclusion that they have no intention of sending me my order! This company needs to be put out of business! Guess Im just out of $604.78

      Same here, total rip off. Ordered supplies and received one. Cant get them to ship the rest or respond. 100% scam

      Don't, just don't. Took a month to ship a few filters that they indicated were in stock. Pathetic or no replies to inquiries. Supposedly my order was shipped today. Not holding my breath. I'll give it a couple days and then I'll dispute the charges on my card. I wish I'd checked BBB before ordering.

      Wow wish I would have read all the bad reviews for this company before ordering and paying for the parts I wanted. Placed an order on 11-12-23 and waited 9 days until finally contacting "customer service" and getting a reply from a *************** saying my order was confirmed with the manufacturer and being prepared to be shipped. Waited another 5 days and contacted them again and got some generic reply that my order was changed from "In Shipping" to "Shipping" which means absolutely nothing. Repeated requests for an update and tracking number went unanswered until I finally told them to forget it and cancel the order on 11-29-23. Status now shows canceled and refunded yet my bank account still shows no credit. I'm not sure if this is even a real business or just a fancy web site ? Total waste of time.

      Shammed here also. Ordered product in early September and was told it was shipped 9/30/23. Never received any tracking info. Called and e mailed to many times to count. Now end of November NO PRODUCT and NO CALLS nor RESPONSE BY E MAIL! ZERO STARS here ?#$@%^*&#. This place SUCKS!!!!

      Sham, **** and Scram... Still waiting ( 2 plus months) for forms that were never delivered. This is the second time. Don't know how they stay in business, **** cancel credit card charge. Run, and look elsewhere as they are complete scammers. Don't take my opinion read all the bad reviews and complaints.

      I ordered inspection books from this company a couple of times now, and the first time we got the order within a week. This time I placed another order for the exact same product almost 2 months ago. I have called them, and they want me to leave a voicemail, I have sent a message on their website, as well has many emails to their customer service email that I have emailed in the past and have gotten a response within a couple of hours. Not this time and now I have to try to get a refund.
